This endeavour hires folks who can't seem to properly carry out their duties for the patients or clients. When you reach out, some individuals fail to record anything in the system. Even when you receive a text message specifying a delivery date and time, it may not be accounted for in the system. Requests to speak with a manager go unanswered, leaving one in a lurch. At present, I find myself without necessary injections, and I'll have to wait another week for their delivery. It might be best to revoke this contract from them and assign it to a capable company that can prioritize patient needs adequately. Patients shouldn't have to initiate delivery arrangements; the company should do this automatically. This is what they're paid to do, and this particular company isn't meeting expectations.

Very good service indeed, I must say.

I've finally found medication that actually works after trying out 4 different meds with my rheumatologist over the past year. Due to the lack of medication (which I must stress wasn't Lloyds' fault), I've been really struggling to do even the most basic things in life. I had one delivery of meds from Lloyds that worked like a charm. However, when it came time for the second batch, I was given a time slot for delivery on Thursday the 23rd. When that time came and went, I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my meds, only to be told that there was an issue with the prescription and it was the hospital's fault. I called back on Monday the 27th, only to be informed that there was actually no issue with the prescription and they didn't know why the delivery had been cancelled. Monday is the day I need to take my meds.

I escalated the situation to the manager, and long story short, I received two calls that same day to arrange for the delivery of my medication on Tuesday the 28th. Today (Tuesday), I received another call asking what time I wanted the meds delivered. I replied that I needed them as soon as possible, but the caller insisted on a specific time, so I said 12pm (2 hours from the call). He was rather rude and abruptly hung up. When I called back to address this and ask for the manager, explaining that I've been struggling without proper meds for a year now and was supposed to take them yesterday, the response was far from empathetic.

When the manager finally appeared on the scene, I overheard him talking to the woman I had been on the phone with, and he referred to me as a "bastard." When I confronted him about it, he insulted my intelligence and tried to deny saying such a thing before eventually admitting to it and offering an apology. It's completely unacceptable for management to swear and call customers names. Cancelling crucial medications without reason and failing to inform me until I inquire about the delay is truly shocking service. Bring back the Glasgow company!

Absolutely dreadful service, they completely forgot to deliver my prescription stock yet again. They never respond to my emails, utterly disgusting service. They ought to lose their contract with the NHS. Utterly useless, a complete waste of time. They seem completely out of touch with their responsibilities. Truly appalling!!!
Sophia Rivera (01/07/2025, 00:43):
Simply marvelous service, consistently professional and punctual. The gentleman who delivers is pleasant, accommodating, and possesses a warm demeanor. Thank you kindly!
Chloe White (26/06/2025, 10:53):
This company is absolutely dreadful.
Michael Price (14/06/2025, 14:30):
I was expecting a delivery of medication from LPCH today, which was arranged 6 days ago. Patients are only notified about the delivery time the night before, so I am not at work today and left in a bit of a lurch.

When I didn't receive the text with the delivery time, I called the call center first thing in the morning, only to find out that my medication wouldn't be delivered today. LPCH claims this is due to the hospital.

I asked why this issue wasn't raised with me at any point in the past 6 days so I could plan to be at home, but I didn't get a response. I believe this could easily be resolved by sending a simple text to inform patients in advance.

I have brought up this issue with my consultant. Now I am patiently waiting to find out when I will receive the medication I need for a normal quality of life.
Walter Sanchez (09/06/2025, 09:41):
Always a friendly and professional service. They are very accommodating.
John Mitchell (04/06/2025, 04:42):
What a complete mess of a company. They schedule deliveries for medications and then don't even show up or deliver them to the wrong addresses. I truly wish I didn't have to rely on them for my medication.
Johnny Stewart (27/05/2025, 13:16):
If I could give a negative rating, rest assured it would have been done already! There have been constant problems with my prescriptions ever since the Glasgow branch shut down. Please reopen it ASAP - you're jeopardizing people's lives. This company is an utter disgrace and an absolute nightmare to deal with!
