I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for as long as I can remember. However, in the past 6 months, there have been continuous issues with incorrect prescriptions being filled by the new management at "the hub". This has led to a decline in the quality of service and a lack of improvement over time. The frequent turnover of staff members is also alarming, as it indicates that long-standing employees have left due to poor management practices. It is clear that the current management does not prioritize the well-being of their patients and customers. I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere moving forward.

This establishment is a disgrace. The employees are constantly changing, and the servers are extremely rude and unhelpful. It seems most of them are not even from Renfrewshire, so they lack motivation to provide good service. The wait times are ridiculous, and the quality has significantly declined. If they continue like this, they will lose all their customers. They should be ashamed of themselves for providing such appalling service.

The pharmacist I encountered was simply dreadful. Their tone was alarmist, patronizing, and tactless, not to mention completely inaccurate. It was truly a terrible experience, and I have no intention of returning.

I must say, the staff at this pharmacy are quite lovely and friendly every time I visit. It used to be the only pharmacy with such a positive attitude and great service.

However, there seems to be a new girl who comes off as rather full of herself. She seems to think she's something special, when in reality, she's not. I would give her zero stars for the service she provided. Her behavior has tarnished the reputation of the pharmacy. I used to rate this pharmacy five stars, but not anymore. They used to provide fantastic service with friendly staff, but sadly, that is no longer the case. It seems I'm not the only one dissatisfied with the service provided by this new girl recently.

When I went to pick up my prescriptions around 5 pm, she informed me they wouldn't be ready until the next day. The next day came, and they closed without informing me. Something needs to be done about this situation because I'm starting to consider switching to a new provider.
