Marvelous team, quite spacious floor, the pharmacy service is top-notch in Musselburgh and the shelves are consistently well-supplied.

I always rely on this pharmacy for my prescriptions. The staff are truly helpful and professional, always able to resolve any issues that may arise. While I can't speak for the retail aspect, as I don't use it, I do find their prices a tad high, which is why I gave them four stars instead of five.

We've been coming to this place for years, so it's high time we share our thoughts!

First off, let's talk about the counter staff. They are incredibly helpful, patient, and polite. They always go the extra mile to assist us, whether it's locating specific items in the store or ordering them for us.

And then there's the pharmacy staff. They exhibit the same level of care and dedication. They genuinely care about their customers, as evidenced by their efforts to ensure we have an ample supply of medications for the holiday season. They work tirelessly, preparing medications and tracking them down for customers who come in later to pick them up.

A long-overdue shoutout from Richard, Trish, and Dave Purvey!

Amber Edwards (05/06/2025, 20:56):
The staff at this pharmacy were incredibly helpful. They provided great insight and guidance on a specific query I had. Additionally, they kindly informed me about a special promotion where I could get an extra item of the product I was purchasing. So grateful for their assistance!
Peter Stewart (05/06/2025, 18:15):
I escorted my elderly brother to this pharmacy shortly after he was discharged from the hospital with a severe infection, to collect his prescription. Being over 80 years old, he was quite frail following his hospital stay. Upon arriving exactly at 1pm, the pharmacy attendant declined to assist him as it was the start of their lunch break.

Regrettably, despite clearly displaying signs of frailty through his struggles to walk, he was turned away. The lack of compassion exhibited by this staff member left us feeling shocked and disheartened.
