This establishment is truly laughable, the manner in which the staff converse with individuals is quite uncouth. And when one attempts to address them about it, they seem quite displeased and even dismissive. I was instructed to collect my items on a certain day but upon arrival, I was informed of a different day, claiming they never provided me with that information - which is a blatant untruth from the staff. I have filed a report with the main office regarding the disrespectful treatment received. It appears that some employees harbor a sense of superiority over patrons. The attitude of Adele, in particular, is as if she has just bitten into a wasp. I certainly do not plan on returning to that place.
