Queensferry Pharmacy has been delivering exceptional service since taking over from Lloyds. The staff is friendly and polite, a significant improvement from the consistently poor service we experienced under Lloyds' management. It is evident that many of the negative reviews here are from the time when Lloyds was in charge.

I popped into the pharmacy with my prescription and mentioned that I couldn't quite recall if I'd frequented their establishment in the past. I was promptly informed that they couldn't assist me without confirming my status as a customer. Subsequently, I sought medical advice at Queensferry practice and was assured that the pharmacy's refusal to accept my prescription was completely unjustified.
