I quite enjoy shopping at this supermarket, it always seems to be bustling with activity and offers a wide variety of products. The fruits and vegetables section is usually well-stocked with fresh produce, and the other areas of the store are also filled with a good selection of items. The car park is a decent size and operates on a pay and display system, but the neat thing is that you get your parking fee refunded when you make a purchase in-store. The cafe is always bustling with customers, no matter what time of the day you visit.

Excellent parking amenities for all, including motorhomes and the like. However, I have never encountered a Morrisons quite like this one. The toilets were located at the entrance, emitting a strong smell of smoke and unclean facilities. The odor matched the appearance perfectly 🤢. The selection and assortment of food were very limited and poorly organized, with a lot of clutter that made it look neither clean nor fresh, unlike other branches I have frequented.

You can find a massive car park for cars, vans, motorhomes, and more. You'll need to pay hourly parking fees. The store is massive and offers a wide variety of food, garden supplies, and home essentials. There are some fantastic deals to be found, and you can make significant savings with a Morrisons More card.

The little ones had a blast dodging the waves and collecting seashells at the beach.
Carol Cook (28/08/2025, 10:12):
The delivery arrived with 3 batches of fish, all within 4 hours of their expiration date, along with unexpected and costly substitutions. When I contacted customer service, they simply brushed off the issue and claimed it was my responsibility.

Just needed a few bits for dinner on our way back from the Black Isle, and this supermarket saved us from making a big detour. Ended up buying more than just a few things though! Very convenient overall.
Steven Morales (27/08/2025, 11:57):
This supermarket is stocked with a wide range of food items and household goods. The customer service is top-notch and professional. It's conveniently located near other shops as well. I would definitely recommend checking it out. Cheers!

Supermarket is a splendid place to work and shop, I must say! I have even taken some snaps of the delightful meals I concoct in their canteen using ingredients sourced from their shelves. A truly satisfying experience all around! Cheers!

I must say, I have a fondness for this store and have been quite impressed by how they have managed amidst these unprecedented times. The Covid restrictions have been top-notch.

Their eatery has been serving up delightful dishes and though there may have been a bit of a wait, it has been well worth it. The restaurant has been bustling with daily half-price meal deals. Nevertheless, today, I was disheartened to witness unkempt tables; patrons seated at tables that had not been tidied or sanitized. I observed staff clearing away soiled dishes only to seat customers at the same table without cleaning it. It is my belief that the management should review and revise their protocols and procedures. We must exercise great caution during these times.

Let's not mar the reputation of this splendid establishment 😪😫.
Allison Graham (21/08/2025, 12:47):
Absolutely shocking. The slushies were self-serve and then pay. Once I had prepared mine, I had to wait a good 30 minutes for a lone staff member to emerge and take my payment. I was on the brink of missing my bus, and despite several employees strolling out and catching sight of us, they just continued walking past. The service is deplorable, I would strongly advise against it.
Zachary Reyes (21/08/2025, 09:48):
Fabulous supermarket and petrol station right in the heart of Inverness, loads of parking available for card or coin payment, no height restrictions making it perfect for motorhomes. Fantastic outdoor plant area, restrooms, and a delightful cafe. Traditional butcher, baker, and fresh fish options. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, truly a top-notch experience!
Doris Williams (17/08/2025, 11:25):
A lovely supermarket to do your shopping in. We did have a bit of confusion with the parking, however. It required payment, yet all the machines were out of order.
Elizabeth Ramos (15/08/2025, 18:45):
Just popped in here to head into Inverness for a wee while. Saw a wee kiosk to pay for parking but spotted a sign saying it's free for 3 hours. Mind, no overnight parking allowed though.
Joyce Lopez (15/08/2025, 07:09):
I quite like Morrisons, as it offers more than just groceries. They have great amenities like a dry cleaner, key cutting service, café, and InPost locker. While it may be pricier than Tesco and lacks variety in gluten-free options, they do offer a wide range of dried goods, fish, soups, and more upscale foods. The customer service is exceptional, although some shoppers there can be a bit off-putting.
Their plant-based section is on the smaller side, but the cleaning and beverage aisles are well-stocked. Queues at the checkout are rare, and they have plenty of self-service machines with helpful staff on standby.
Brian Gray (14/08/2025, 05:03):
Why bother with parking fees when you can shop at Tesco for free! The staff are incredibly helpful, but it can be a challenge to navigate the store due to confusing signposts.
Carol Harris (13/08/2025, 23:11):
What a fantastic supermarket! The store is huge with spacious aisles, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Plus, there's plenty of parking available as well. A top-notch shopping experience all around!
Sharon Fisher (12/08/2025, 16:24):
I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience at the cafe today. The food we were served was well below the expected quality. The fish and chips were practically inedible! It seems like their dishwasher was out of order and they were running low on cups and forks (we were even given wooden forks instead). Sadly, this will be my first and last visit to this place.
Roy Martinez (12/08/2025, 01:03):
Oh, blimey! My shopping experience at this place was absolutely rubbish. The selection of goods was quite poor, and I only needed a few things so I didn't bother paying for parking. It was a right pain trying to get through the checkout as each item seemed to cause a commotion with the automatic weighing system, and the discounted items just wouldn't scan properly. I ended up having to dash out to pay for an hour's worth of parking, but that turned into a right palaver because the card payment kept failing for no apparent reason. After several failed attempts, I had to pop back into the store to get some change for the machine. Can you believe it took longer to sort out the parking and checkout than it did to actually shop? Honestly, this place seriously needs to sort out their technology issues. I won't be making a return visit, that's for sure.
Isabella Gomez (10/08/2025, 06:59):
A splendid variety and selection of foodstuffs and beverages, all at commendable prices. The store is well-organized, and the staff is obliging. Altogether, a significant enhancement from previous years.

Update April 2025... still satisfactory, though prices have escalated noticeably. However, special promotions have returned to a more favorable level. ☺️
Jennifer Lewis (07/08/2025, 13:32):
Had the weirdest experience at the Inverness store today, I must say.

Me and my mate popped in, grabbed our bits and bobs, then made our way to the self-service checkouts to pay for our bits. We each paid separately at different checkouts for our stuff.

But when we tried to leave the checkout area, the gates wouldn't budge. And can you believe it, not a single staff member around even acknowledged the situation. Clearly, we were stuck and couldn't exit through the gate. Decided I wasn't hanging about for someone else to figure it out, so we just left through the front entrance.

As we were making our way out, a security guard stopped us and accused us of pilfering. It was pretty obvious it was because both of us were wearing face masks (I've got a weakened immune system and my pal's gearing up for facial surgery, so yeah, masks on). Discrimination ain't cool, folks - get your act together.
