Bradley Allen (04/09/2025, 16:08):
The quality of the food is top-notch, but it can be a bit pricey. I do enjoy snagging those great deals when items are nearing their sell-by date. However, I have noticed that some of the staff members aren't very friendly or helpful.
Sarah Reyes (02/09/2025, 22:58):
Massive one; still didn't find everything I was after. No staffed checkouts! Only self-service ones - not a fan!
Jeremy Richardson (02/09/2025, 11:41):
This supermarket is absolutely smashing for shopping, with a breeze to navigate and find all the bits and bobs you need. Cheers!
Hannah Barnes (01/09/2025, 09:36):
I popped into the shop to check out their selection, but as a visitor, I found the directions a bit confusing when it came to the store's procedures. Despite the wide variety of items available, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable asking for help after overhearing two staff members at the fresh seafood counter loudly discussing a customer who seemed unaware of the store's protocols. It would be beneficial to have clearer signage explaining how things operate in the store. Aberdeen welcomes many international visitors, and like this individual, they may not be familiar with the store's processes.
Roger Peterson (31/08/2025, 13:15):
Lovely supermarket, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the store is immaculate.
Julie Richardson (28/08/2025, 17:46):
I was quite busy but managed to find everything I needed at a reasonable price.
Barbara Reyes (28/08/2025, 11:46):
Lovely, but Coffee didn't quite have that kickstart effect I was hoping for. Hopefully they'll tweak it. Apart from that, smashing competitive prices ... 🇬🇧
Evelyn Graham (26/08/2025, 23:13):
We were at the supermarket on the evening of 08/03/2024 around 9:30 pm. We paid our bill, and as we only had a few items, we didn't take a bag. Instead, we put the items in our jacket. However, when a staff member saw us doing this, they accused us of trying to steal and without permission started recording us with a body camera. I asked if they had confirmed whether we had paid for the items or not, to which they said no. Then I questioned if they had the right to record us without our consent, and they couldn't provide an answer. The staff member was also very rude to us. We felt discriminated against and humiliated, so we have no intention of returning to this shop.
Jordan Coleman (25/08/2025, 10:27):
The selection of food is quite limited - toast with jam, toasted tea cake, or porridge. It seems like they are cutting back on options.
Philip Myers (22/08/2025, 14:38):
Whether it's in Bradford, Glasgow, or Aberdeen, every Morrisons store is identical. It offers affordable prices and usually has everything you need. The aesthetic may seem a bit old-fashioned, but I'm unsure how they could modernize the look and feel of a supermarket in this day and age.
David Cooper (20/08/2025, 21:06):
There was a lack of staff available at the regular checkouts. A number of the self-service checkouts were not functioning properly. There was only one employee managing all of the self-scan stations, resulting in a lengthy wait for age verification. Additionally, there were no baskets available near the entrance. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between the displayed shelf price and the actual price charged at checkout, with the latter being higher.
Brian Wilson (16/08/2025, 13:41):
Top-notch customer service, spotlessly clean and organized at all times. The floral department could use a little sprucing up with some flower bags or similar items. Thrilled that they've switched to using biodegradable bags for their produce. The team is unfailingly courteous and accommodating, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience every time.
Bobby Coleman (15/08/2025, 12:46):
I have to say, my recent trip to the supermarket at lunchtime was quite a disappointing experience. The lighting was poor, the store was freezing cold, and there were water leaks making the floors slippery. The shelves were in disarray and there were hardly any staffed checkouts. My heart goes out to the few employees who were working there.
Grace Ramirez (15/08/2025, 10:54):
A classic favorite for all, it would be even better if it were open 24 hours, including the Pharmacy.
Philip Bennett (13/08/2025, 20:47):
Disappointed by the sale of expired products at Supermarket. Customer service assured they would address the issue, but no resolution was provided. Absolutely dreadful experience.
Roy Rogers (12/08/2025, 12:00):
I must say, this supermarket boasts a top-notch butcher and fishmonger on-site. Being one of the country's major retailers, it offers a delightful array of products, though I have noticed that prices can be a tad higher compared to other stores for certain items. Nonetheless, I have stumbled upon some fantastic deals here, so I wouldn't discount it altogether.
Samantha Cox (10/08/2025, 05:49):
I was waiting for over an hour just to get 2 breakfasts, absolutely dreadful service.
Richard Ortiz (10/08/2025, 02:35):
Great selection and helpful staff. However, the new electric doors by the checkout can be a bit slow at times. Today, I was informed by a staff member that my bag needed to be "verified".

As a student, I usually have my bag filled with books and a laptop when I stop by for a quick meal deal. I don't mind having it checked each time, but perhaps adding more CCTV cameras would be a more efficient solution and save us the hassle.
Rose Jenkins (09/08/2025, 09:57):
Leaving Morrisons after paying for my groceries, a security guard shouted at me accusingly, "You're banned for theft!" I calmly approached him and inquired about the issue. He claimed that I had been seen on CCTV taking an item from the shelf and putting it in my pocket. I insisted that he check the footage, and upon reviewing it, he realized his mistake and said, "Oh, it looks like you didn't take anything after all." I offered to show him my receipt and allow him to search me, but he waved me off with a thumbs up, indicating that it was fine. Accusing me of theft in front of other customers and then not even apologizing afterwards was quite unprofessional and unsettling. 🤡
Judith Gutierrez (06/08/2025, 04:48):
The queue to get into the supermarket was so long....the delay was caused by people using hand sanitizer, not by restrictions on numbers. The store was packed with shoppers and there were lengthy lines at the checkout. Some of the aisles were quite dim - I suspect it's because the shelves are too high and close together. On a positive note, the fresh produce was excellent quality and there was a good variety to choose from.
