This Sainsbury's shop is quite big, but not the biggest one they have. You park in their car park and then walk inside to buy whatever you need or want. Do we really have to review it?!? No, it hasn't changed since I wrote that earlier comment. The staff didn't know what a chapati is and ended up sending us on a wild goose chase.

Great selection of vegan products. Just tried their click and collect service for the first time and found it to be a bit inconvenient. The instructions on what to do upon arrival could have been clearer.

Always friendly service with a smile, and most of the shelves are well-stocked when possible. The aisles are wide, making it easy for shopping carts to pass through, although it can get a bit hectic at the fruit and veg section when trying to find what you want.

I popped down to pick up my click & collect order after getting the notification that it was ready in-store. When I got to the customer service desk, there was only one person helping out. My package was just sitting on one of the many cages near the desk, and it took a good 15 minutes for them to locate it, causing quite a long line. They eventually called over another staff member to assist, but I could tell the lady was getting quite annoyed. You would think they'd have more people working on a weekend.

Easily spotted supermarket with a spacious parking lot. The store is clean, well-lit, and features a charming cafe of moderate size. However, the petrol station can be a bit tricky during peak hours, and they have recently implemented a £100 pre-authorization charge for Visa cards. Be aware of this policy, as it may take up to 3 days for the funds to be released back into your account.

I popped in a bit later and it was quite peaceful. There was lots of space to wander around the shop. The shelves could've been more stocked, but I managed to find most of the items I was looking for.
