I found it puzzling that the driver didn't follow the usual procedure of contacting me for directions. Also, the only way to reach someone at the store by phone is to pretend you're a "colleague." After some persistence, I managed to get hold of head office, and they connected me to Clydebank. Someone eventually picked up but abruptly hung up without a word. Absolutely disgraceful!!! I won't be returning.
