I've never found the stock I'm looking for. They still show old promo offers even though they change on Tuesdays. And now they use paper bags, which tore before we even reached the car park and my shopping fell out. But when I went back to complain, they gave me a refund. Quite disappointed, honestly.

It's a bit puzzling, isn't it? It seems to take a good 20 minutes or more just to snag a prescription from this place. The dispenser went off to verify the availability of the medicine, gathered my items, traversed the entire store, and finally came back to announce its readiness... All in all, 25 minutes passed before he beckoned me over. This type of delay seems to be a recurring theme, nearly every visit takes about 20 minutes. I might consider checking out another store. Despite this, the shop itself offers quality products, provided you've got a bit of extra cash to splash.

I popped into this hearing aid store recently and must say, the store itself is quite charming. However, I couldn't help but notice that the staff were rather unpleasant on both of my visits. The only exception was the lovely team at the perfume section of the store.

I wish I could give them a zero rating, one star is far too generous for the lackluster service they offer. Steer clear of this pharmacy at all costs! I've been waiting an hour for a single item for my disabled parent, something that any other pharmacy would have ready in 10 minutes tops. I'm not sure if their employees are students or recent graduates, but their level of incompetence is truly staggering.

That hearing aid store is just dreadful. The prescriptions are always a nightmare to collect, items aren't ready even after confirming by phone, and I've been kept waiting for over 45 minutes for just two items multiple times. And to top it off, the prescriptions come in separate parts. I would strongly advise steering clear of this place at all costs.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pam Somerville, the Healthcare Professional over at Boots Garthdee Road in Aberdeen. She really made our visit extra special. We had an appointment for a private Covid Vaccination and ended up arriving two hours ahead of schedule. Pam went above and beyond by speaking with a colleague who kindly agreed to postpone their break so she could administer the vaccination then and there. Pam was incredibly kind and caring throughout the whole process, and she made us feel right at home. A big thank you to Pam and her colleague for their exceptional assistance - it was greatly appreciated!
