I must say, I have a fondness for Vision Express as it is conveniently located near me. The team there are quite courteous and understanding, making sure to assist everyone promptly. Nevertheless, I do find the eyeglass frames to be rather pricey, with limited choices available. It seems like most frames have a similar look to them, which can be a tad disappointing.

When I called them, they told me it had been arranged in the store, so now they want me to call back. I phoned again and got disconnected, and I've been waiting on hold for 2 lots of 30 minutes each. Looks like I'll have to make a trip to the store now.

Scheduled an appointment, received an email confirming my slot and instructing me to arrive at the designated time. Arrived only to be informed that no appointment was on record. Despite presenting the email indicating my scheduled time, they persisted in denying my appointment. I had left work early to make it to this appointment and the next availability is not for several weeks. Left without any clarification or a proper apology. Disappointing experience. I would recommend finding alternative options.

The very next day, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different reputable optician and passed the test without any suggestion for glasses. On me first visit 'ere. Proper buzzing place! Went in fer me eye test and Rachel Keeley was absolutely top-notch. Gonna be back for me next appointment, no doubt about it. Busy spot, but the staff is friendly and proper helpful.
