It was a bummer to see such a large pharmacy store without any shade or seating in the scorching 30-degree heat. The lack of staff didn't help either. It's not the staff's fault, but head office really needs to step up and address this issue.

I must say, I am feeling quite frustrated by my recent experiences with this pharmacy. They never seem to pick up the phone, and even when I make sure to order my prescription a good 2 weeks in advance to avoid any last-minute stress, they still manage to deny it, claiming it's too early when clearly it isn't.

I find myself constantly on edge and anxious when it comes time to reorder my medication, never knowing if I'll receive it in time or not. More often than not, I end up with only a pill or two left, frantically worrying about whether I'll get my meds or not.

Now, I'm in a particularly tight spot with less than a week's supply left, and my prescription has been rejected. To make matters worse, I'll be away on holiday for a whole week starting next week, and I fear I won't be able to get my hands on the medication before I leave.

It's essential for them to clarify their ordering policies because, in my opinion, placing an order 2 weeks ahead of time should be perfectly reasonable and allow for ample preparation.
