Absolutely brilliant service from the pharmacist at Newtongrange Pharmacy! He spotted a mistake on my prescription and promptly contacted the doctor's office to ensure everything was accurate, which it wasn't! He then kindly offered to rectify the prescription, with only 15 minutes left before closing time. Exceptional service, particularly considering the potential consequences of such an error going unnoticed! Many thanks!!

Thanks to Harry, the pharmacist, I avoided using the wrong medication and not consulting a doctor. With just one call from Harry to the doctors, I was able to get an appointment and prescribed the correct medication. Huge thanks!

What an amazing experience! I went in feeling really unwell today... I was immediately seen and given a consultation. Based on my symptoms, I was strongly advised to see a doctor. I phoned my GP right away, told them the advice, and was able to get an appointment for a check-up and a much-needed prescription for antibiotics. This wouldn't have been possible if the pharmacist hadn't been so caring and attentive. I will definitely make this my go-to place for all my medical needs. In these tough times, we often only hear about the negatives, but this place truly deserves its 5-star rating. 🌟

The service is top-notch. I arrived just after closing time and saw only one light shining in the rear of the pharmacy. Thinking I wouldn't be able to pick up my prescription that day, I gave the door a gentle push hoping for a stroke of luck. To my surprise, I was welcomed inside without any fuss. I have since opted for all my prescriptions to be handled there, with the added convenience of home delivery. The staff is incredibly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks for the exceptional service.

Well, let me tell you about my experience. I usually go to a different pharmacy, but they couldn't fill my prescription until the next day because they were out of stock. So I went to this pharmacy in Newtongrange and let me tell you, the pharmacist/owner was so rude and unhelpful! He practically snatched my prescription from me and then proceeded to lecture me about my medication. His customer service skills were non-existent, it felt like he had never run a business before. I was appalled by his attitude, it was absolutely disgusting.

I eventually managed to get my prescription filled elsewhere, but it was such a hassle. The pharmacist didn't seem to want me to have my medication at all. I would strongly advise avoiding this pharmacy at all costs...
