So, had a bit of a dodgy experience at the pharmacy a couple of years back. The pharmacist was adamant that we couldn't get Piriton for nausea (you know, antihistamines can actually help with that, according to the BNF). Instead, they pushed Pepto Bismol on us, which has salicylate in it (similar to aspirin) and not ideal for asthmatics. The individual in question happened to have asthma. Definitely not the best advice we've ever received from a pharmacy, that's for sure.

This pharmacy is quite decent, though you might need to return to pick up your medication. The staff isn't too shabby either.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely dreadful! I waited for my prescription for 45 minutes, even though they assured me it would only take five minutes. When I inquired about the delay, they were incredibly rude and seemed to have no concern for their customers.

I spent a good 3 hours on repeat dial trying to urgently obtain a prescription over the phone. Absolutely dreadful! With the number of employees present at the store, surely there must be at least one person available to pick up the phone.

The team at this pharmacy is lovely, but they seem to be facing ongoing challenges with their suppliers. For the past few months, I have observed multiple instances where they were unable to fulfill regular prescription refills despite receiving two weeks' notice. It's a shame, but I would suggest steering clear until they can sort out their supplier problems.

If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would. The service is dreadfully slow and it's evident that there's a severe lack of management. There are 5-6 individuals manning the counter, yet one must endure a half-hour wait just to obtain a prescription. I shan't be returning there anytime soon!!

I had to cancel my exam and vaccination appointment because the lady was not helpful at all. She just told me to find the requested exams on my own and gave me a list. I'd rather pay extra to go somewhere with more professional staff. So frustrating!

I had scheduled a fit-to-fly COVID test for 9.20am, but received an email at 4.45pm the day before informing me that it had been rescheduled to 1.20pm. Upon calling to see if we could arrange a more convenient time, I was informed that another party had been booked in ahead of me by the owner. If I wanted a morning appointment, I would need to travel 30-40 minutes to another branch. While they were apologetic, this situation is simply not acceptable, especially when these appointments are crucial for travel plans.

The staff here are mostly great, no doubt about that. However, I've been getting incomplete prescriptions for my asthma inhalers for the past 3 months. These are essential for me, so it's quite frustrating. They always manage to sort it out in the end, but I'm beginning to feel a bit annoyed!

This pharmacy is the one I rely on. I visit frequently and the team is consistently friendly and supportive. I recently visited for a "fit-to-fly" covid test and in less than 20 minutes, I had my official result from the moment I entered. Overall, an excellent pharmacy!

The management at this pharmacy 'as been a total disaster in making sure they 'ave enough stock and supply of crucial medications. It 'as led to me 'ealth declining while I wait for weeks on end for the medication to finally arrive.

I must say, this pharmacy has made quite a few mistakes, failing to process prescriptions in a timely manner and even neglecting to do so, putting my health at risk. The customer service was abysmal, prompting me to file a formal complaint. Fortunately, my GP stood by me and transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I definitely would not recommend this place.
