This is the only pharmacy I'll ever go to from now on. No long queues or waiting around forever, you're in and out within 5 minutes. The staff are just lovely.

I ain't surprised they've got a guard on the door at this pharmacy! The service is absolutely dreadful, prescriptions going missing, never ready when they should be. Waiting outside for 20 to 40 minutes, it's a joke. The poor staff at the front of the shop are the ones getting all the complaints. Total waste of time. I'm heading to Boots instead.

This pharmacy is top-notch, mate. They had some issues with queues during and right after Covid, but all sorted now. I rarely have to wait long for my meds and never any hassle when requesting something on Pharmacy First. Cheers for the excellent service!

I must say, it's absolutely absurd, if you ask me.
My dear mother popped down to collect her prescription, only to discover upon her return that a portion of it was mysteriously missing. She promptly phoned our physician, who assured us that it should have been dispatched along with the remainder of the medication. The nerve! Where on earth could it have vanished to? I must admit, I am thoroughly unimpressed. This establishment has managed to misplace my prescriptions on numerous occasions. The situation has only deteriorated, with excruciatingly long waiting times, queues extending out the door, and a staff that seems utterly clueless. I've had it up to here! It's high time I bid farewell to this place and make my way over to Boots!

Outstanding pharmacy! The pharmacist is quick, clever, and friendly. The staff is helpful and caring, providing top-notch customer service. Definitely the best pharmacy in the area.

Absolutely dreadful. It was once top-notch, a real community focal point, but now it's just dire. If you genuinely require the medication you're seeking, look elsewhere! Waiting over an hour for a prescription to be filled! 7 business days for a repeat prescription that typically only takes 3. Being informed on the phone that your meds will be ready by 2:30, just to arrive at 3:30 and be told they're 'being processed' and will take about 90 minutes, yet they are about to close. Avoid at all costs and take your custom elsewhere.

My experiences have been fine so far, but today was a real letdown. I'm feeling really poorly and had to wait in line for 25 minutes just to pick up my antibiotics, only to get home and discover they had given me the original prescription instead of the updated one. I called them up to sort it out, and while I know it wasn't their mistake, the girl on the phone was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care at all. I'm thinking it might be time to switch pharmacies. 😞

Dreadful service, incorrect medications, absent medications, extended waits to enter, extended waits to be attended to, and prolonged waits for staff to retrieve items. It is advisable to set aside at least an hour for a visit here. Appalling. The most abysmal pharmacy one could encounter; voicing concerns is met with accusations of being abusive and threats of eviction by security. Their justification... "I am overwhelmed, I can only handle one task at a time, we are short-staffed. It is not within my job description"... the excuses are boundless.

Waiting times of over 40 minutes just to reach the register, no one is answering the phone for order updates. Instead of adding more staff, they've brought in a security guard to protect them from frustrated, exhausted, and let-down customers.
