It takes forever for them to prepare prescriptions, the staff can be argumentative, and sometimes they have a bad attitude towards customers.
Kelly Cooper (14/06/2025, 20:25):
The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous!!! This is now the third occasion where I’ve been turned away, only to return hours later to collect my prescription. And even when I do return on time, the prescription still isn’t ready!
Gabriel Mitchell (13/06/2025, 17:53):
This pharmacy is always incredibly busy, and it can sometimes take over two hours to have a prescription filled. The staff can be quite rude and insensitive, making you feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. I would not recommend this place at all.

This morning I discovered that I am expecting. I promptly made appointments with midwives and then headed to the chemist. I requested some folic acid, and the attendant inquired if I was pregnant and if it had been recommended by a doctor. I confirmed my pregnancy and knowledge of the need for folic acid. She disappeared to the back to check if she could sell it to me. Next, I asked for a low dose of Aspirin. Once again, she questioned whether it was for me. Sadly, we experienced a stillbirth last year, and following extensive testing, the hospital advised me to take low dose Aspirin from the moment of my positive pregnancy test until 34 weeks. She disappeared to the back yet again, and this time I overheard laughter, which I found quite disrespectful.

When she returned, she stated that she couldn't provide me with the 75mg of Aspirin because I was pregnant. I reiterated that the hospital doctors had specifically instructed me to take it. Once more, she retreated to the back, and once again, I heard laughter before she returned to inform me that she couldn't sell it to me. I left feeling extremely let down. The staff at that establishment lack the necessary education and professionalism for such a role. Their behavior was rude and unbecoming. I will be steering clear of that place in the future.

At 4:15 pm today, Loyds Pharmacy was unable to provide me with two inhalers until Monday. I decided to walk over to Gordon's Chemco in Gracemount, and they had them ready in just 15 minutes, even though they were busy. This chemist is amazing, they have never disappointed me. The staff are fantastic and the pharmacy is well-managed.
Adam Gonzales (12/06/2025, 05:21):
I must say, the service provided here is absolutely dreadful. The staff members are quite rude and it's truly displeasing. I have a strong aversion to utilizing their services and will be opting to have my medication delivered elsewhere.
Jean Graham (11/06/2025, 12:20):
Understaffed and managing as best they can. Kudos!
Jennifer Morales (09/06/2025, 17:32):
I have been receiving my repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy for years. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and courteous. They have a workload that is determined by the demands of the community, so they have no control over the amount of work they have to handle. I understand that sometimes I may need to return for my medications if they are too busy to process them as usual. I remind myself that the universe does not revolve around me; there are many factors that can affect the delivery of their service, such as issues with doctors, stock shortages, patient needs, and workload. They are doing their best under significant pressure. I couldn't do their job, and they often face unnecessary abuse.

Visited this pharmacy with my daughter who had an eye infection. The pharmacist didn't even bother to examine her and just told us to go home and wash her eye with boiled water, advising to return in a few days if there was no improvement. I had already mentioned that she had green discharge, indicating a bacterial infection. I decided to try a different pharmacy and the experience was completely different. They immediately asked about symptoms such as green discharge, eye swelling, and sticky eyes. I was told to come in right away and my daughter was prescribed antibiotics for conjunctivitis. The first pharmacist would have left my daughter suffering with an eye infection for days if it were up to them. I was not impressed with the customer service at the initial pharmacy, and the pharmacist seemed uninformed. Definitely won't be returning there.
Edward Moore (06/06/2025, 19:23):
I had a rather unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. I asked for a syrup for my chest congestion, but they provided me with a decongestant liquid that was not suitable for my condition. When I requested something to help with my chest, they suggested honey and lemon instead. I had just purchased a product moments before, but when I tried to return it, they refused and insisted I pay for it again. They only accepted cash, which was inconvenient as I was feeling unwell and had to go out of my way to find an ATM. It's disappointing when pharmacies don't show empathy towards patients, especially when we rely on them for help during times of illness.
