I frequent this local pharmacy and every member of the staff has assisted me with a smile on their face on multiple occasions over the past year. Even during busy periods, they have been patient, kind, and friendly, ensuring that I receive what I need as quickly as possible.

I have witnessed firsthand the staff's exceptional patience and kindness towards others, even when faced with individuals who are unreasonably rude from the start. I must admit, if I were spoken to in the manner that two different customers addressed the staff yesterday (within a span of 2 minutes), I would have struggled to remain as polite and helpful as the staff members were. Their professionalism is truly commendable.

I find myself wanting to leave a positive review for every instance in which they have assisted me; the entire team demonstrates the patience of a saint!

Can you believe that this is happening? A person with a disability is in dire need of a crucial medication that is scarce, and they are relying on an online stock checker that I should be updating. And what do I do? Blame them and say, "you should have called." The pharmacist's attitude was simply dreadful, and they only bothered to apologize once I was visibly upset. Unbelievable!
