A few years back, this pharmacy was top-notch with friendly staff and no issues with prescriptions. However, of late, the new staff members have been rude, especially the lady pharmacist! I switched back to Dunnets where the team is always helpful, professional, and maintains utmost confidentiality – a crucial factor for me.

I used to be quite fond of this pharmacy, where I've been a customer for the past 24 years. However, my opinion has shifted recently due to my last two experiences. I was informed that my prescription would be ready 48 hours after placing the order, only to be asked to return a couple of hours later, which was not a problem. After waiting a couple of hours and enduring a wasted trip that could have been avoided, I was told I would have to wait until Monday to collect it. Evidently, it takes 48 hours after they have received the prescription, which I was never made aware of. So, that's a total of 96 hours all in! 😵 While I do comprehend that the staff are under pressure and dealing with shortages, I feel very disappointed and let down. It might be time to switch to a different pharmacy. I am truly dissatisfied 🙁

This establishment is absolutely dreadful. The employees are incredibly impolite and take their sweet time assisting you with anything. Just last week, I went to pick up medication for my father, who is battling cancer and experiencing excruciating pain. When I explained the situation, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told, quite rudely, to "come back in half an hour; we are on lunch." Despite my pleas about my father's suffering, the response remained the same - "come back in half an hour." I understand that staff need to take breaks, but all of them? There was zero empathy shown. I will never return to that place. I drove just 5 minutes away and found a pharmacist who promptly provided me with the medication we urgently needed.

The service at the Whiteinch branch was top-notch, they were really helpful while the rest of the NHS seemed to be hiding away! They are truly the unsung heroes keeping the NHS running smoothly. Don't pay attention to the negative review, it's not the pharmacy's fault. I would rate them a solid 9 out of 10.

I've been relying on this pharmacy for more than two decades. However, in my recent experiences trying to pick up my prescription that I had ordered at least 10 days in advance, it has not been ready for collection on two separate occasions. It seems like the quality of service at this pharmacy has declined significantly ever since Dickson assumed control. The level of customer service and inefficiency here is truly disappointing!

Disastrous Pharmacy visit today on 12/03/2023. Went to pick up mine and my mum's prescriptions, and the staff displayed extreme unprofessionalism regarding a missed delivery. Apparently, the delivery driver had come a few times but missed us. I understand how frustrating it can be for the driver, but it's important to remember that delivery folks aren't always the most patient. My mum, being elderly, isn't the quickest to get to the door.

They suggested cancelling the delivery service and picking up the medication ourselves. While I wouldn't mind doing so for myself, my mum is not always able to walk to collect her own due to her health. I often work outside the city and can't always make it before the pharmacy closes.

We chose this pharmacy due to its proximity to our flat and the possibility of my mum walking there. I find it highly unprofessional and almost hostile to be scolded because an older person missed the delivery. Multiple missed attempts is not an excuse for staff to be rude to me. For instance, hearing them say, "cannot be bothered to be in for the driver" while talking about me as if I wasn't there and complaining about my mum wasting the driver's time was incredibly disrespectful. The pharmacist on duty standing in the back of the store, criticizing my mum, lacked common courtesy.
