I had a dreadful experience. The pharmacy provided me with the incorrect product and refused to exchange or reimburse me. The manager's demeanor was quite sharp towards me; her attitude was simply deplorable. If she despises customers so intensely, perhaps she should reconsider working in retail. I advise you to keep your funds and seek a more appreciative establishment. Appalling! Appalling! Appalling!

I had a bloomin' eye infection, I did. They didn't give me no eye drops, can you believe it? The pharmacist reckoned warm water would sort me out! After 2 days I went to see the GP, and blimey, the doc was fuming that the pharmacist hadn't given me nuthin'. Gave me an antibiotic in the end. Went back to the same bleedin' pharmacy to pick up my prescription, and they had me waitin' 20 minutes for some eye drops. Load of old rubbish, if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone, no siree.

I've attempted twice to utilize the smoking cessation assistance at this pharmacy, and both times have been denied. It seems like the staff there are not truly committed to helping. Quite a disappointment of a chemist, if you ask me.

I remember when this pharmacy was top-notch. They recently rebranded to Gairbraid Pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription, but it wasn't ready yet. I waited for over a week before returning, only to find out they couldn't locate it. When I mentioned I was with Keppoch practice, they informed me that they didn't retrieve prescriptions from there yet they used to when they were Lloyds. It's quite frustrating and honestly feels like a joke now.

Due to my recent bout of illness, I was advised to take a short course of sleeping pills. I went to the pharmacy, handed in my prescription, and found myself being scrutinized repeatedly. I was asked about my personal details - name, address, etc. - no less than four times. It was quite unsettling. The pharmacist seemed to lack basic interpersonal skills. I would recommend steering clear of this place.

Arrived at the shop only to find out that it was closed due to its 'new' opening hours. These updated hours were posted on a note rather than being updated on their website or Google Maps.

During my previous visit, I attempted to submit a new prescription but they declined to accept it citing short staffing issues. Medications are quite crucial for us to rely on...

I've been frequenting this pharmacy for years now, and I must say, I've never had a negative encounter. The staff has consistently been exceptionally kind and accommodating. Can't say I have any grievances to share!

I popped by the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, only to find a notice on the door stating that they would be closed for 20 minutes for staff training. It seemed like they had already shut shop a little while before I got there. I ended up waiting around for about half an hour, only for the place to stay shut. If the sign had mentioned the time of closure, I wouldn't have wasted my precious time like that. Total lack of consideration for customers. I won't be returning to this place, and I suggest you don't either.
