If I were able to assign a lower star rating, I surely would. The individual responsible for collecting prescriptions from the doctor's office must be reprimanded, as their actions have caused a significant inconvenience by sending my prescription miles away from my location. I am currently 5 weeks postpartum with substantial bleeding, and it is unreasonable to expect me to retrieve the prescription myself. When inquiring about delivery, I was promised a driver would bring it, yet it has not arrived. This negligence has left me without the necessary antibiotic for a postpartum infection for two days now. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the head office.

Houlihan should have a system in place to automatically dispatch misplaced prescriptions before requesting patients to collect them, especially in cases where individuals have just given birth and are experiencing heavy bleeding.
