The lady behind the counter was so lovely, helpful, and warm-hearted. However, the pharmacist, well, he was quite cold, short, and indifferent. He barely inquired about my situation before suggesting I contact my GP (which I did, but they're fully booked for the next 4 weeks!)
He didn't seem interested, wasn't willing to assist. It felt like he just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. My husband even brought up the idea of using a splint for my pain, but all he said was a blunt NO. No explanations, no empathy, no options for pain relief or management. And so, my pain continues.
I fail to comprehend why someone lacking the desire to help others would choose to work in a pharmacy. It's clear that he's in the wrong profession. Extremely disheartening and frustrating.
