The Pharmacy attendant is quite polite and helpful, however, the female supervisor, who I presume to be a pharmacist, is terribly rude, impolite, and devoid of any courtesy. She tends to raise her voice and comes across as overly aggressive, appearing rather frustrated with her role. It seems that she has little understanding of what customer service entails. I have requested my GP at Regency to refrain from sending my prescriptions to this particular pharmacy.

In a moment of urgent need for my prescription, a staff member even braved the pouring rain to deliver it to me when the regular delivery driver had already finished for the day.
