The service is brilliant 😃, just a wee bit confused as I got a different pin number on Monday and then another one on Tuesday, but other than that everything is top notch! Cheers!
Chloe Wright (04/06/2025, 02:28):
Top-notch notification and collection service, I must say.
Michelle Cox (04/06/2025, 02:09):
The team at this pharmacy is absolutely delightful and so helpful. They go above and beyond to assist their customers and always have a smile on their faces. It's a pleasure to interact with such a wonderful group of professionals.
Justin Green (04/06/2025, 00:20):
I must say, this pharmacy in East Kilbride is quite a disappointment. A two-hour lunch break is just ridiculous! You wait in line for half an hour only to be told that your medication arrived just yesterday and the pharmacist hasn't even prepared it yet. Another 15 minutes of waiting? If they can't handle the job properly, perhaps it's time to consider closing down.
Justin Parker (02/06/2025, 08:48):
The pharmacy in East Kilbride is top-notch, with staff who go above and beyond to assist you. I can't sing their praises enough - they outshine my registered GP surgery!
Dylan Nguyen (02/06/2025, 00:07):
Amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. This pharmacy has become my go-to choice now.
Chloe Kim (01/06/2025, 20:34):
Quick and efficient service, really helped me out.
Bruce Ward (01/06/2025, 15:51):
I was advised to visit the optician, who confirmed that I require the ointment I initially sought from the chemist. It's disappointing that the pharmacist didn't bother to assess my needs. Thankfully, Numark pharmacy was much more accommodating and supportive.
Benjamin Kim (31/05/2025, 19:18):
The staff at this pharmacy is absolutely fantastic, providing top-notch service.
Alice Ramos (31/05/2025, 18:06):
Once again, the medication wasn't ordered despite the prescription being processed a few days ago. Now I'll have to go without my medications over the weekend!
Janice Richardson (29/05/2025, 10:10):
The automatic dispenser is brilliant, no doubt about it. However, getting in touch with the pharmacy over the phone can be a real bother, you know? Always busy or just ringing and ringing, it's enough to drive you up the wall. Ever thought about adding an email or text option for ordering repeat prescriptions? That way, you'd cut down on the phone calls and make things so much easier for your customers. Just a little suggestion to make life smoother for everyone!
Brittany Hernandez (29/05/2025, 03:26):
This midday closure is quite bothersome and irritating. Hey, it's lunchtime, when folks are finally free and need to swing by to grab their medications! Please consider opening for collections during this time at the very least.
Catherine James (27/05/2025, 13:17):
Absolutely dreadful service! I recently experienced a three-week wait for a refill, only to be continuously given false excuses and scapegoating of suppliers. Attempting to reach them by phone is futile as they simply do not pick up. It is abundantly clear that they are not fit to remain in operation.
Nancy Coleman (24/05/2025, 13:35):
After visiting several pharmacies in East Kilbride, I must say this one stands out as the best. The staff here are incredibly helpful and the automated dispenser they have is a real lifesaver. Dealing with a less-than-ideal GP practice has led to some issues with prescriptions taking longer than usual, but the pharmacy has always made an effort to expedite the process or find alternatives. Supply shortages seem to be a common problem in all pharmacies in the area, not just here but also in places like Calderwood and Greenhills, as I've heard from others at Hairmyres Hospital. Since becoming a customer at this pharmacy, I have never been turned away with a shrug and always received their utmost assistance in resolving any issues.
Ashley Gonzalez (22/05/2025, 17:58):
The staff at this pharmacy are truly exceptional - always so polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist with anything you may need. And to top it off, prescriptions are always prepared incredibly quickly.
Juan Howard (21/05/2025, 07:46):
What a terrific way to gather my medication prescription!
David Cruz (20/05/2025, 05:35):
So simple to accomplish. No limitations with regard to business hours.
Catherine Diaz (18/05/2025, 05:40):
Top pharmacy in EK, the team is just so efficient!
Bruce Gonzales (16/05/2025, 02:06):
The most helpful pharmacist in East Kilbride
Patricia Mitchell (13/05/2025, 19:21):
Has this pharmacy come under new management?
It used to be alright....absolutely dreadful now. They've started turning off their phones, so I can't even reorder my repeat prescriptions over the phone. Now I have to physically go into the chemist every time. I recently asked for an emergency supply because I had missed the ordering deadline and it took over an hour just to get a simple pack of 7 common tablets. I think it might be time to find a new pharmacy!
