The staff at the counter were extremely helpful, however, when I requested to speak with the pharmacist, there was a noticeable sigh. This led me to leave the pharmacy abruptly. Later on, I received a phone call from the pharmacist at home, expressing annoyance over my one-star rating. Instead of apologizing for the poor service, he went on a rant about having a headache.

I recently utilized this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, and I must say that my experience has been quite satisfactory. In the past, when I used the pharmacy in Culloden, I often had to wait several days for my prescriptions to be ready. Additionally, upon arrival, I would still have to wait an additional 5 minutes at the pharmacy counter. Moreover, there were instances when they did not have all the items I had requested, necessitating a return trip.

However, this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air! Their level of organization and professionalism is truly commendable. I simply place an online request with my doctor, and just two days later, I receive a text notification stating that my prescription is ready for pick up. I am thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and customer service. Needless to say, this will be my go-to pharmacy in the future.

I 'ave been recommendin' Cradlehall Care Pharmacy to everyone I chat with! The blokes there are so friendly, and Mo in particular (the pharmacist) 'as gone above and beyond for me over the months since 'e opened. I am welcomed each time I pop into the pharmacy with a personal greetin' and genuine interest in 'ow I am doin' - it is very much appreciated. You just don't get this level of care elsewhere.

Could not be more pleased to 'ave this pharmacy on my doorstep, and even if I didn't I'd travel across town to receive such wonderful care. What an asset to the local area this 'as been!

I must say, I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided. While awaiting the results of a PCR test, I found myself unable to pick up my prescription. With supplies running low, I was feeling quite anxious. However, my worries were put to rest as Mo personally delivered my medication to my doorstep after 7:00 PM on a particularly chilly evening. All this with a warm smile 😊 I simply cannot speak highly enough of them...

I am thrilled to have the care pharmacy in Cradlehall just 5 minutes from my place, with such a friendly and helpful staff. It's so much more convenient than having to go to a supermarket to pick up a prescription. It took a while to come together, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I switched over to this pharmacy back in December last year, and I must say, I wish I had made the change sooner! The entire team is incredibly helpful, delightful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The service is fast and highly efficient. I used to dread visiting my old local pharmacy due to its terrible service, but Care Pharmacy, Cradlehall is an absolute delight. Massive thanks to all the staff for their exceptional service!
