Loads of top-notch fruits, veggies, and meats available with excellent quality. There's plenty of everything you need!
Bruce Long (28/08/2025, 03:06):
Not the largest shop for purchasing, a bit limited on certain items, and not much fresh veggies/salad available in the evenings. However, the store always appears neat and well-kept.
Stephanie Henderson (24/08/2025, 13:26):
This store is brilliant, with a top-notch layout and a wide variety of products at great prices. The clothing selection is particularly impressive for a supermarket. Highly recommend xx

Absolutely dreadful experience at the checkout! There were a couple of customers ahead of us who purchased discounted items that were still showing as full price when scanned. It took an eternity for the supervisor to come over, and she was quite irritable. She had to be summoned multiple times because several items weren't scanning properly. When it was finally our turn, the cashier was visibly struggling to handle the issues at hand and didn't know how to remove a security tag!
It's imperative that you reconsider how you train and assist your checkout staff!

Today, my son, his partner, niece, and I visited the Asda cafe, and I must say, we were incredibly disappointed. We ordered a breakfast, a steak pie, and chicken burgers, and we had finished our tea before our lunch even arrived. It was a complete disaster on a plate - some of my salad was wilted and brown, the chicken burger had a tough exterior, and some chips were still hard inside. The only decent thing on the plate was the brown sauce. My niece's green peas were like little pellets, impossible to eat. The ladies' toilets were far from clean, I even took photos to show it. The cafe floor seemed untouched, and if you look up at the lights, they are covered in thick dust. It was a waste of both time and money to go there. And to top it off, the staff could use a few more smiles, as they all seemed quite glum.
John Hamilton (22/08/2025, 05:34):
The folks manning the self-checkouts weren't the most chummy, if you catch my drift. They seemed to be all cozied up in a corner, having a good old natter amongst themselves. Wasn't exactly the epitome of professionalism, if you ask me.
Kyle Walker (21/08/2025, 22:16):
Had a dreadful shopping experience this morning. The store was in disarray, shelves were bare, and there was a distinct lack of staff around.
Charles Williams (21/08/2025, 03:44):
Top spot to get your shop on. Absolutely love it. They've got a massive selection of gift cards 🎴📦 that I absolutely adore. Prices are way lower than you'd expect. Fantastic spot. I give it a 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, 99 out of 100, and 49.5 out of 50 rating. - EDIT: I go by IRAteam1, not Anjan. Cheers!

As an SEO specialist for a blog that covers Supermarkets, I can certainly help you with that! Here's the rephrased comment with an English accent:

Upon entering the car park, I promptly reversed and left. The sheer volume of litter present led me to believe I had stumbled upon a landfill site. It goes to show, first impressions are absolutely crucial!
Daniel Graham (17/08/2025, 23:10):
Having placed an order for a delivery exceeding £200 scheduled for Friday, September 6th, I encountered a series of mishaps with driver James from the Inverness depot. Initially, James claimed he couldn't locate my residence – excuse number one. Subsequently, he stated that an attempted delivery had been made at 3:22 pm, during which no one was home. This was accurate, as my partner was fetching our children from school, and my designated delivery window was between 4-6 pm, during which she was indeed present. Following this, I was informed of a rescheduled delivery for 9 am on Saturday; however, when the time passed without any sign of the delivery, I made another call only to be informed that there was no driver available in Fort William that day, pushing the delivery to Sunday.

The shipment eventually arrived at 11 am on Sunday, two days behind schedule. Upon inspection, I discovered that a significant portion of the perishable items had expired on the 7th of September, despite being delivered on the 8th of September. The fresh produce, with dates indicating expiration on the previous day, had to be discarded – amounting to 50% of the order. This oversight should have been rectified with fresh replacements rather than storing expired goods for two days. Furthermore, a 3-liter bottle of vegetable oil had broken during storage, spilling over the entire order and damaging additional items, including my carpet upon delivery.

Regrettably, this experience has led me to doubt the reliability of this service. It was truly disappointing and utterly embarrassing, all due to the apparent incompetence of driver James, who perhaps was eager to conclude his deliveries promptly for the weekend. In my opinion, individuals like James should not be entrusted with delivery responsibilities.
Patrick Thompson (15/08/2025, 16:08):
My cup was stained and the hot water wasn't even that hot. I had an all-day brunch, the bacon looked and tasted like it had been held for way longer than it should have, some of the chips weren't cooked through, and the sausages were cheap and nasty. The only good thing about it was the beans.
Andrew Evans (12/08/2025, 20:27):
The café is fine, but I am thinking of finding another place to do my shopping soon as the products are frequently past their expiry dates. It seems like the shelves are always stocked with new items at the front. Additionally, the cashiers never seem to remove the security tags correctly, which sets off the alarm almost every time I go shopping.
Lisa Ramos (12/08/2025, 11:03):
I've experienced a situation where I pumped gas but didn't receive a receipt. The sign instructed me to call for assistance, but the last time I did, no one arrived to help. It would be much more convenient if they had pumps like Tesco, where you can simply move to another pump and pay with your card.
Victoria Johnson (11/08/2025, 17:03):
Quite a dreadful collection service, I must say. The collection point is tucked away at the rear of the store, making it quite the challenge to locate any staff members. Every time I go, I find myself waiting for over 20 minutes without fail.
Daniel Nguyen (11/08/2025, 14:52):
It's Asda. Lots of items to buy. Upstairs there's a café and toilets with baby changing facilities. There's ample parking, including spaces for disabled customers.
Donald Ross (10/08/2025, 18:15):
Well, 'ave to say, me order was s'posed to arrive between 8pm and 10pm, but 'ere it is half past 11 at night and still no sign of it. Called 'em up and they tell me all the drivers 'ave buggered off 'ome without droppin' off me groceries! Absolute shambles, if you ask me. Won't be usin' this place again, Tesco is much more dependable in me book!
Alan Ortiz (09/08/2025, 10:40):
This store is just brilliant, open 24 hours a day. They've got a smashing selection of products. A bit of a lack of staff means the shelves can be a tad bare, but if you manage to nab a member of the team or an agency worker, they'll sort you out in a jiffy. Everyone there is dead friendly too!
William Parker (08/08/2025, 20:34):
Don't expect an Asda store like Elgin, you will be disappointed. Okay but not an extensive range of products. The café is not grand and can take a while to get your order. Large car park and petrol.
Jose Morris (07/08/2025, 04:03):
Their Diesel and petrol fuels offer outstanding value with highly competitive pricing! Additionally, you'll find unbeatable in-store deals on a wide range of food, groceries, beverages, and household items.
Thomas Cooper (06/08/2025, 08:39):
I simply adore popping into Asda when I'm in Inverness for a little excursion. They have a fantastic range of groceries and such, the store is lovely and spacious, clean as a whistle, with ample parking, and the staff are just delightful and ever so helpful! 😄
