After more than 30 years with this pharmacy, I must express my disappointment with the recent service provided to my father, who is visually impaired. We were in need of a MAR sheet for my father, as he has just been discharged from a three-month hospital stay and carers needed to administer his medication. Our efforts to have the sheet prepared at this pharmacy were met with extreme unhelpfulness. The phone call we made to seek assistance was met with rudeness from the pharmacy staff, who essentially told us to look elsewhere. Fortunately, our local pharmacy in Dalneigh went above and beyond to assist us, and the MAR sheet is now in place. It's truly regrettable that the service at this pharmacy has reached such a low point.

If I could rate them zero, I definitely would. I've been trying to reach them for the past three days as I ran out of my tablets. The prescription was sent by my GP on Tuesday. However, all my attempts to call them were met with being ignored, getting hung up on, or finding the phone switched off. I even left a message on their answering machine at one point, but received no call back. I tried calling them on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (which happened to be a public holiday). When I phoned on Saturday, there was no answer either. As a disabled person who relies on having my medicines delivered, this was incredibly frustrating. I went in person on Saturday, and although they weren't particularly busy, my medicine was just sitting on the shelf for delivery, meaning I wouldn't have received it until Monday. That's a whole week without a medicine that I need to take twice a day - stopping abruptly is not an option. If I didn't live nearby, I would never use their services again. And when I mentioned these issues today, there was no apology. That speaks volumes about their level of customer service!

Outstanding service from Craig and his team, a bustling chemist indeed, yet they were able to promptly organize the delivery of antibiotics for my father as soon as they received the prescription. I am extremely thankful.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! The staff were verbally abusive, they lied, showed zero care, and overall, it wasn't a mentally healthy environment!

I suggest looking elsewhere. They show no compassion and are willing to make people cry. Regardless of age, they don't care if you're struggling with mental health issues or have difficulty pronouncing or remembering medications.

They always say they'll reorder the prescriptions, but they never do. At least the staff are quite friendly.

You know, it's quite the situation at the Pharmacy down the road. They only let in 2 people at a time, so there's always a line outside. And even when you do manage to get inside, it seems like prescriptions are hardly ever ready for pick up, even after sitting there for a whole week. Quite a hassle, I must say!

I had a dreadful experience with the service at this pharmacy. A kind gentleman cautioned me before I even entered, advising that there was hardly any stock available. Additionally, the staff were quite impolite. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that establishment again.

Ah, mate, let me tell you about this dodgy pharmacy I went to the other day. So, I pop in there to pick up my prescription, right? And wouldn't you believe it, the staff tells me it ain't there, mate! So, I come back the next day, and what do they tell me? That it was there all along, mate! Can you believe the cheek of it? I tell ya, never going back there again.

I do use the local pharmacy in Merkinch. The customer service is quite pleasant, however, the waiting times are absolutely dreadful. Furthermore, they often do not have the full supply of my prescribed medication. As a result, I am now reluctant to continue using this chemist.
