I had a dreadful experience with the service at this pharmacy. A kind gentleman cautioned me before I even entered, advising that there was hardly any stock available. Additionally, the staff were quite impolite. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that establishment again.

Ah, mate, let me tell you about this dodgy pharmacy I went to the other day. So, I pop in there to pick up my prescription, right? And wouldn't you believe it, the staff tells me it ain't there, mate! So, I come back the next day, and what do they tell me? That it was there all along, mate! Can you believe the cheek of it? I tell ya, never going back there again.

I do use the local pharmacy in Merkinch. The customer service is quite pleasant, however, the waiting times are absolutely dreadful. Furthermore, they often do not have the full supply of my prescribed medication. As a result, I am now reluctant to continue using this chemist.

I must say, I have always been quite impressed with the kindness and assistance provided by the pharmacist. He truly went above and beyond to assist our school in obtaining emergency spare inhalers for our students. A big thank you!

I must say, I am quite perplexed by the numerous errors in our prescriptions. Once again, they have gotten it wrong. Thankfully, I still have some remaining. The quality of service is truly abysmal.

I must say, this pharmacy in Inverness is just awful. They never seem to have the stock I require, and it takes an eternity for them to order prescriptions. Can you believe that one time I needed a medication from a prescription, and they didn't have it on the shelves designated for prescriptions? Lo and behold, the same medication was sitting right there on the regular store shelves! It's like a comedy sketch waiting to happen - they could use a touch of John Cleese's humor to lighten things up!

The new chemist who has taken over is just the bee's knees, I tell ya! Total throwback, going the extra mile and showing genuine care.

I ain't a regular there, was ringing round pharmacies trying to score a med that's running low on production. And let me tell you, I was gobsmacked by the customer service! The effort this bloke put in for me was top-notch. He rang me that evening (didn't catch the blower 🫤), but then gave me another tinkle the next day to check if I managed to nab the med. And get this, he doesn't even know me from Adam!

I'm switching over to this pharmacy, even though there are two others much closer to me!

Terrible experience! The staff were so rude and condescending, they really could benefit from a crash course in both math and customer service! Countless errors with prescriptions, and not a hint of an apology offered. When I inquired about their complaint process and contact details, they were completely clueless. The pharmacist was incredibly patronizing. Mr. and Mrs. Greg used to manage this pharmacy with such care and kindness, but it seems like things have really taken a turn for the worse.

If your prescription isn't available at this chemist, they are unwilling to source it from another pharmacy, so you have to return to the GP and have the surgery call around, which seems ridiculous. When ordering a repeat prescription online, although it should only take 48 hours, this pharmacy can take nearly weeks to have it ready.

My bloke picks up me meds at Kinmylies chemist. He reckons the pharmacist and the crew are proper helpful in every way. They've bailed us out when I've flaked on me prescription and sorted him out until it's in. Cheers for running such a top-notch business, mate.
