However, customer feedback indicates that there have been issues regarding staff attitudes and overall organization.

Many customers have noted inconvenient operating hours, leading to confusion about when the pharmacy is actually open. Reports of closing unexpectedly during lunch or failing to adhere to posted hours have frustrated many.

Great customer service with helpful staff always available to assist with your needs. The pharmacy is often bustling and stocks a wide range of essential items.
Chloe Richardson (01/07/2025, 17:15):
It seems like I've been waiting here for days
Jeffrey Lopez (27/06/2025, 17:59):
I stopped by today with a simple prescription for a common pain reliever and was told it would take at least 24 hours! I ended up going somewhere else and got it in just half an hour! This pharmacy used to be reliable, what a shame!
Frank Jackson (26/06/2025, 15:04):
Closed for an hour during lunchtime despite the website indicating that it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Dennis Jackson (21/06/2025, 06:33):
Closed during dinner time even though there seems to be an adequate amount of staff on hand to take dinner breaks.
Juan Rivera (20/06/2025, 13:36):
I never answer the blower, but the GP practice tells me to give them a tinkle to request pick up of me prescriptions.
Judy Henderson (19/06/2025, 14:49):
Absolutely fabulous little pharmacy! The team is top-notch.. Super chatty / friendly / charming .. only downside I found.. Can get quite busy at the dispensary Counter occasionally!!. Also just a quick 10./ 15 minute stroll away (depends on how achy the leg is!!)
Donald Taylor (19/06/2025, 04:00):
This pharmacy is going downhill fast. It's hardly ever open, and when it is, it closes at random times. I went to pick up my prescriptions on a Saturday morning just after 9am, and it was still closed. A staff member showed up and said they weren't even sure if they could open because they might not have a pharmacist 🤷‍♂️ This is really frustrating for customers who depend on getting their prescriptions.
Martha Sanchez (12/06/2025, 07:06):
I attempted to reach out to them but they never seem to answer the phone.
Matthew Graham (10/06/2025, 15:58):
I phoned up to request my prescription be delivered. I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 wonderful ladies who really went the extra mile to make sure I received it. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service. xxx
Larry Hamilton (05/06/2025, 10:00):
I have a fair share of concerns about this pharmacy. My mum relies on this pharmacy for her regular medication deliveries, and numerous times they have conveniently "forgotten" to dispatch her orders. Their phone lines remain unanswered on most days. To put it bluntly, their level of expertise seems questionable. However, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the delivery driver (assuming he's not being swayed by under-the-table incentives from the pharmacy); he truly stands out amidst all these issues.
Bryan Walker (04/06/2025, 11:18):
Well, it's a pharmacy, innit? There ain't much to say 'cept cheers for your services. 😂 Appreciate it!
Sarah Carter (02/06/2025, 03:56):
I've been trying to get in touch with them, but they just don't pick up the phone. I dropped off my prescriptions more than 2 weeks ago and they still haven't been filled. It's really frustrating!
Layla Morales (01/06/2025, 16:57):
I am quite upset about being approached by drug addicts in this establishment. I witnessed a distressed individual attempting to shield her young children from one of them.
Catherine Hamilton (29/05/2025, 04:27):
The crew is so friendly and polite, offering top-notch customer service.
Amy Barnes (28/05/2025, 16:30):
I have not a single complaint about the service at this pharmacy. Every staff member, both old and new, has been extremely helpful during my visits with my late partner.
Betty Roberts (28/05/2025, 14:49):
I usually reckon that this pharmacy is brilliant, despite the long queues outside due to the current circumstances. However, my son went back there again today at 5pm hoping for it to be quieter, only to discover that it was closed. PLEASE UPDATE THE OPENING TIMES ON YOUR WEBSITE.
Roy Flores (28/05/2025, 04:23):
I found online that the pharmacy is supposed to be open until 1pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 11:30 and it was closed. I am unsure how individuals who work from 9 to 5 are supposed to obtain their necessary medications.
Martha Hall (27/05/2025, 23:33):
The pharmacy takes its time with filling prescriptions, seems to never pick up the phone, but the staff does make an effort and is truly helpful.
Dennis Hill (23/05/2025, 03:18):
I wouldn't recommend visiting Lloyd's Pharmacy as their customer service can be quite poor and often they don't have the medication you need in stock. I strongly advise staying clear of them! I've had my fair share of frustrating experiences with them, so I now prefer going to Viceroy Street Chemist in Kirkcaldy.
