We are well aware of the challenges that pharmacies are facing at the moment, but let me tell you, this Morrisons pharmacy really needs to up their game. The staff seem quite unfriendly, prescriptions are consistently taking more than 5 days to be ready, and they often can't fulfill the complete prescription in one go. It appears they only start preparing it when the customer shows up to pick it up. And the lack of transparency regarding their efforts to address these issues is just unacceptable.

I must say, the customer service I received today from the staff and pharmacist was top-notch. I was informed of a 30-minute wait time, but a kind lady found me a seat, and before I knew it, I had my antibiotics in hand.
I have never experienced such exceptional treatment before, and I am truly grateful for it. Kudos to both of them. Although I didn't catch their names, the woman mentioned her family's love for cycling.
Please continue delivering this fantastic customer service.

It's absolutely appalling how transgender customers are being mistreated at this pharmacy. Despite my prescriptions clearly stating my title as "Mr.," the staff continued to address me as "hen" or "honey" multiple times, even after I corrected them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I will make sure to steer clear of this pharmacy in the future.

The queue at this pharmacy is always massive and the staff are incredibly unhelpful with a bad attitude. There are plenty of employees standing around gossiping, so it's not a lack of staff that's the issue! They don't seem to grasp the urgency of customers needing their medication and show little compassion when they run out of stock.

My initial experience at that pharmacy was terrible, the worst I've ever encountered. I've already requested my doctor to switch my pharmacy.

I say, what a jolly disappointment! The establishment appears to be a tad tardy in updating their opening hours on Google, wouldn't you agree? I found myself at the premises sharp at 8am, only to find the shutters securely fastened and not a glimmer of light in sight. Quite the peculiar situation, I must say.

The pharmacy in Livingston is just dreadful, I must say. The customer service is completely lacking. They make you wait for what feels like an eternity without so much as an apology or a simple "we'll be with you shortly." You've got one poor soul behind the counter trying to handle everything while plenty of other staff members linger in the background, not lifting a finger to assist. It's clear that some serious training is needed in that place.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I am forced to use it due to limited options in the area. Customers are made to wait outside in a queue, rain or shine, and it can take forever. They never have more than one staff member assisting customers, which is completely insufficient for the amount of people they serve. If you prefer to avoid frustration and aggravation, steer clear of this place!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I handed in my prescription and was told it would be a half-hour wait, which I didn't mind. However, when they were behind the counter, they were talking about customers in a negative way, thinking that the public couldn't hear them. When I confronted them about this behavior, all they could say was that it's been a busy day. That does not give anyone the right to degrade customers.
