The staff at this pharmacy were incredibly helpful. They provided great insight and guidance on a specific query I had. Additionally, they kindly informed me about a special promotion where I could get an extra item of the product I was purchasing. So grateful for their assistance!

I escorted my elderly brother to this pharmacy shortly after he was discharged from the hospital with a severe infection, to collect his prescription. Being over 80 years old, he was quite frail following his hospital stay. Upon arriving exactly at 1pm, the pharmacy attendant declined to assist him as it was the start of their lunch break.

Regrettably, despite clearly displaying signs of frailty through his struggles to walk, he was turned away. The lack of compassion exhibited by this staff member left us feeling shocked and disheartened.
