I popped in with my grandkids for a bite to eat and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The same can be said for when I'm browsing the aisles. My only gripe with the store is that some items I require are often placed on the top shelf, and as a person with disabilities, I struggle to reach them.
James Simmons (01/07/2025, 20:25):
They really need to make a decision on whether there's a queue for the checkouts or not. It seems to change every time you visit. An overhead LED display would be quite useful to indicate if there's a queue or not.
Grace Flores (27/06/2025, 12:30):
The store is looking quite tidy. The restrooms are spotless.
Megan Nelson (27/06/2025, 05:29):
Top-notch spot but couldn't get me hands on the 17kg Wagg working dog chow. Would be smashing if you could stock up on that and swap the 6-tin packs of cat grub for the 24-tin ones instead. Cheers!

I shall never again grace the doors of Morrisons..filthy swindlers. £1:30 for LPG…thieving scoundrels 😡😡😡 ...
Ann Nelson (25/06/2025, 13:22):
The shopping experience at this establishment is quite decent. The staff are delightful and the operations run smoothly. I would rate it 4 stars. Cheers!
Joyce Hayes (23/06/2025, 03:00):
I must say, I popped into this supermarket the other day and was a tad disappointed. The shelves seemed quite bare, only half-full if you ask me. Back in the day, I used to receive these neat bonus point coupons with my purchases, but sadly, they seem to have disappeared. And let's not even get started on the prices - quite a bit pricier compared to Tesco or Asda. I used to do all my shopping at Morrisons, but nowadays, I find myself seeking better deals elsewhere. Quite a shame, really.
Stephanie Kim (21/06/2025, 15:41):
Today, I found myself at the supermarket with my trusty portable oxygen concentrator. The folks working there were absolutely brilliant! They kindly offered assistance as I navigated the aisles, at the checkout, and even with packing my groceries afterward. I graciously declined their help, but made sure to express my heartfelt gratitude for their kindness. If only I could recall their names to personally thank them one by one.

The sole spot within a twenty-mile radius that offers LPG services, catering to both pump refills and exchangeable bottles.
Michael Cox (19/06/2025, 09:40):
The staff at this establishment are absolutely delightful, there's plenty of parking available, a wide range of amenities on site (including a café and Timpsons), and a fantastic selection of food items. The only minor downside is that sometimes the staff can be preoccupied with restocking shelves, leading to occasional busyness as not all checkouts may be open at once.
Samuel Hamilton (18/06/2025, 03:39):
Top-notch spot, brilliant location, fully loaded. Absolutely ace crowd, mate.
Harper Adams (17/06/2025, 23:44):
Great variety of products available.
Andrea Brooks (16/06/2025, 08:40):
I have a Morrisons nearby, but I always make the trek to this one. The staff are so friendly and they have a much wider selection of products. I always enjoy coming here.
Kimberly Jordan (15/06/2025, 21:04):
I popped into Morrison's today and wanted to share my experience. The lady at the checkout was absolutely fantastic, but I must say, when we tried to get assistance in the disabled section, the lady there seemed to ignore us and served three other customers instead. When I asked her about it, she explained that the tills were located at the far end and since Mrs. Bryson needed wheelchair access, the customer service area was the best place for her to be. It got me thinking that perhaps staff training could be improved so they pay attention to all customers and provide the best service possible.
Samuel Graham (14/06/2025, 08:08):
Just popped into Morrison's for a quick catch-up with mates over a coffee. Gotta say, their COVID-19 measures are top-notch compared to Marks and Spencer's. They've got this trace and protect form to fill out and they assign you a table number to sit at. I must say, I was quite impressed! 👏
Joseph Martin (14/06/2025, 01:29):
Great store, but the craft beer selection is quite disappointing. It used to be fantastic in Bathgate, but now it's just basic and unexciting. I typically like to buy food and beer together, so I'm skipping this place for now. I'll still visit occasionally for the sake of convenience.
Heather Lopez (12/06/2025, 08:57):
A fantastic store to pop into for your weekly grocery run or just to grab a couple of items. The layout of the store is top-notch with clear signage, and if you're ever in doubt, you can always rely on the friendly staff for assistance. Definitely a must-visit!
Judy Stewart (09/06/2025, 07:00):
Always welcoming and accommodating. Provides convenient trolley sanitizers and gentle reminders regarding maintaining social distance. Additionally, features a charming café and facilities including accessible toilets and baby changing stations.
Dorothy Wright (08/06/2025, 16:30):
I reckon we could do with some more gluten-free options. It's still more cost-effective to get them straight from the bakery. Making your own cereal is also a cheaper alternative, mind you.
Sean Murphy (05/06/2025, 00:09):
This supermarket has certainly taken a turn for the worse, with shelves consistently being bare. However, what truly tipped me over the edge was discovering a batch of small milk cartons that were a good two days past their sell-by date. It wasn't just one carton; there were roughly 15-20 of them! Absolutely dreadful experience, I must say. Tesco is the way to go for me from now on...
