This here big ole' supermarket chain is where ya can get all yer household goods, like food, toiletries, kitchen stuff, and even clothes. It's a one-stop shop for all yer needs!

What a load of rubbish, I say! Customer service is an utter shambles!!! Just did me shopping & had a right proper trolley full. Reach the till at 22:15 only to be told there ain't a soul qualified to run it. Then, some other bloke tells me the regular checkouts shut at 22:00 & I gotta use the self-scan checkout!!?? Blimey, hope they had a laugh putting back all our shopping, worth about £200, mind you.

I am absolutely knackered with these bloody price hikes going up and down like a bloomin' rollercoaster, mate. And don't even get me started on those roll back signs that promise savings but end up costing more! Just the other day, I grabbed a couple of wee cans of Coca-Cola marked at 60 pence on the shelf, only to have them scan at 68 pence at the till! What's the deal with that, eh? It's a right pisser, if you ask me.

I must say, I didn't realize the grated cheese I purchased was 11 days past its expiration date. I ended up giving it to a child before noticing the mistake. The next day, I took it to customer services at West End Asda and was informed that I needed to return it to the shop where I had originally bought it. It wasn't until I insisted on speaking with the manager that the issue was resolved. If I hadn't pushed to see the manager, I would have been quite upset. This experience has made me appreciate why Lidl and Aldi are so popular. I haven't visited Milton Asda in years, and after this incident, I won't be returning. The store is untidy and cluttered, which is just not acceptable.
Madison Murphy (11/07/2025, 21:05):
The interior lighting of the store is quite dismal. It's almost enough to make you feel queasy when you walk through the front entrance. However, they do have a decent selection of products.

Visited this shop today to buy spectacles, and my valid NHS voucher was rejected for no discernible reason. I phoned Specsavers to check if the voucher they had given me was acceptable, and they told me that it could not legally be refused. I informed the in-store customer service and requested to speak with a manager. A duty manager came over, and before I could say anything, he insisted that he had spoken with the optician who confirmed that my voucher was not sufficient. I tried to show him my voucher as proof of its validity, but he adamantly declined and asked me to leave the store. I noted down his name (Steven). This store is an absolute farce, and there is no way to contact head office as all their emails are out of use. I will never shop at Asda again as they simply do not care about their customers.

This here Asda was truly top-notch! I reckon I've been to quite a few Asdas in my time, probably about 6 of 'em! But let me tell ya, this one takes the cake. The decor was absolutely splendid, and I had a right grand time there. Cheers to the best Asda yet!
Alice Cox (09/07/2025, 13:35):
Not open 24 hours. It's been closed from 12 am to 6 am for the past 6 weeks. Google mistakenly shows it as a 24-hour store! I confirmed over the phone, but when I called back to clarify, they gave me false information. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on, as it seems like Asda doesn't want my business.
Christian Hernandez (09/07/2025, 09:47):
You know mate, I've got to tell you, it's a bit dodgy the way they're treating us like common criminals at this Asda joint. Having to practically hunt down one of their workers just to get a bloody bag, and then they've got the cheek to scan it themselves because apparently we can't be trusted to do it! If they've got such little faith in us, they should bring back the good ol' human beings on the tills, I say. Definitely won't be making a return trip to Asda if that's how they're going to be treating their customers, no way.
Danielle Collins (08/07/2025, 18:31):
The staff at the checkout were quite unhelpful and had an abrupt manner that made us feel like they were doing us a favor. It was around 12:15 pm when we encountered two girls at the cigarette counter who were very rude and dismissive, without any courtesy of saying "please" or "thank you" as they were too busy chatting among themselves. This store used to be our favorite for shopping, but after this experience, we will not be returning.
Michelle Sanders (04/07/2025, 07:43):
I always find everything I need at Asda, with great sales on items and a wide variety to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful, making it my go-to supermarket. Thank you so much, Asda.
Zachary Green (26/06/2025, 11:33):
I must say, the fruit at Asda Milton is quite dreadful, if I may say so. It is always terribly hard and inedible. And to top it off, their prices are not exactly cheap. One would expect better quality for the cost. I highly recommend seeking out your fruit elsewhere. Cheers!
Margaret Fisher (26/06/2025, 04:03):
I had an absolutely dreadful encounter with a rather impolite lady sporting white dyed hair at the checkout. She was very harassing and aggressive, almost as if she had a case of Karen syndrome. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
Grace Cooper (23/06/2025, 23:02):
No need to wait in line to enter the store or to grab my scan and go handheld device.

The store was bustling, but customers maintained a safe distance when possible.

The store was impeccably clean and organized, with a great selection of products on offer.
Jennifer Graham (22/06/2025, 04:51):
Fantastic supermarket and team. However, management could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to staffing the checkouts.
Chloe Scott (17/06/2025, 05:18):
It was alright, but the shelves definitely needed restocking. It would have been better to have staff available at the checkouts for customers with full carts - it's ridiculous that you have to use self-service instead. 😡
Bobby Ross (16/06/2025, 00:59):
Yesterday evening, my mates and I popped into Asda around half past eleven. As soon as we stepped through the doors, the staff informed us that the store was closing and kindly asked us to leave, along with several other people who were eagerly waiting outside. I must say, I was a bit taken aback by the situation at the Asda store. It's actually the second time this has happened to me. Prior to leaving the house, I checked the app, which clearly stated that Asda was open 24 hours. It would be great if they could keep everyone informed about any changes in their opening hours, especially for those of us who rely on them for our regular grocery runs. Perhaps updating the timing information in their system would prevent such confusion in the future. Hopefully, this feedback proves useful to others in the same boat.
Joan Thomas (14/06/2025, 20:54):
Absolutely fabulous delivery service. Top-notch Supermarket with a delightful team who are always ready to lend a hand. I find myself splurging at Asda since I bid farewell to Tesco once and for all.

Asda Milton happens to be the sole 24-hour Supermarket in Dundee now. It's marvelous for those times when you require something during odd hours.

Overall, exceptional service all the way.
Grace Robinson (13/06/2025, 19:40):
No issues with the store or the staff, but I simply can't fathom the number of individuals NOT donning masks, and (not to be judgmental) these folks appeared to be blatantly disregarding the regulations!!! Why aren't they being confronted before stepping foot inside the store?
Amy Rivera (12/06/2025, 07:23):
Great prices and a wide selection, but it often runs out of many items I usually buy. Additionally, it tends to be quite bustling most of the time. Several employees seem clueless when approached with questions.
