I must say, I found the supermarket to be a bit of a muddle, forcing you to navigate the entire store just to find what you're looking for. Additionally, they only had one checkout open which was quite disappointing.

Contemporary supermarket here. Not the biggest selection compared to the massive Asda stores, yet still plenty to peruse. Helpful staff, tidy store. Decent-sized parking lot with ample spaces. Two ATMs and grocery pickup spot available.

This is just my second visit to this place, as I'm just passing through Dunfermline. The store appears to be quite bustling, with a wide variety of products available. I reckon I'll have a proper look around next time I swing by.

I often find meself strugglin' to find what I need at this emporium, be it fresh produce or whatnot. Take a gander at this, mate - 11 out of 44 items were missin' in action last week, and that's just the tins. The selection leaves much to be desired. There's a scarcity of loose fruits and veggies, so those three onions that used to cost 40p per piece are now 50p, which is daylight robbery, especially if ye only need one onion! The self-service checkouts ain't all that either, especially since they got an upgrade; they frequently fail to register light items. It's not as grand as it used to be when it first opened, that's for sure.

The local convenience store in Dalgety Bay is really handy for us locals. It's just a quick 20-minute walk, even from as far as St. Davids Harbour. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a medium-sized Asda store. Not as wide a selection as the Halbeath or Dunfermline stores, but it does the job. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and you won't struggle to find parking. They mostly have self-checkouts, with a few human-operated tills. The shelves can be a bit sparse depending on when you visit; mornings to noon are your best bet.

I don't typically frequent this establishment, and after this experience, I won't be returning. I was unfamiliar with the self-checkout process and decided to give it a try so I could quickly return to my dog waiting in the car. However, a rather unfriendly male attendant informed me that because I had a shopping cart, I couldn't use the express checkout lane as there was a sign indicating such. His demeanor made me feel like a young child being scolded by a teacher. This incident has highlighted a clear need for improved customer service training at this store.

Well, ASDA is like any other supermarket, not the largest nor the smallest. I don't quite understand why the organization of the products on display seems a bit off.

Just like in most ASDA stores, the cashiers don't seem to be too fond of e-vouchers. However, they do manage them in a peculiar manner, which doesn't leave me feeling too great about my shopping experience when compared to Aldi in the same area.

I'm still not entirely sold on the checkout experience at Asda nowadays - perhaps because I'm accustomed to placing items on a conveyor belt and having a cashier ring me up. Presently, Asda mostly relies on self-checkout, requiring customers to navigate to designated areas for baskets or carts. It would be more preferable to encounter staff in this area.

This shop used to be quite good, but over the last year, things have taken a turn for the worse. The fruit selection is subpar, and the employees just seem to loiter around instead of helping customers with their shopping. It's a shame they've started opening later at 7.30 am, missing out on early shoppers. I've started avoiding this store altogether and switched to Tesco instead.

The team at the supermarket is quite lovely, but I must say the machines are not as welcoming! The selection of food for vegans and vegetarians is just average. In my humble opinion, the refurbishment hasn't really added anything special.

The shop wasn't too bad. What really got to me was that I had loaded my cart and was putting items into my backpack from the Asda cart. Two ladies walked by and one quickly reached over my groceries in passing. I found it odd at the time. When I arrived home, I discovered my toothbrush replacement heads were missing. I now realize they must have been left behind in the cart. I'll need to be more cautious moving forward, but I'm not keen on returning to Asda if I can avoid it. I understand it's not the store's fault.
