The store features a spacious wheelchair-accessible car park, ensuring ease of access for all shoppers. Great Produce and Offerings

Customers are often impressed by the great produce available. Tesco provides a variety of groceries, fresh vegetables, and international food options that cater to diverse culinary preferences. Regulars commend the store for its well-stocked shelves and a wide selection of items, including homeware, clothing, and stationery, making it a true one-stop shop. However, feedback indicates that certain products might occasionally lack freshness, so plan your visit accordingly for the best shopping experience.

Parking and Accessibility Challenges

While the free parking lot is a significant draw, some shoppers have reported challenges during peak times, stating that getting in and out can be tricky due to congestion. Despite this, the spacious parking generally adds to the positive shopping experience, allowing easy access for families and those needing extra space for mobility aids.

Customer Service Experience

The service options at Tesco Extra vary, with many customers praising the helpful staff who assist in navigating the aisles and locating items. However, there have been mixed reviews regarding the customer service at the checkouts and self-service areas. While some recognize the efficiency of the self-service machines, others have raised concerns about understaffing and long queues, particularly during busy hours. Feedback suggests that management could focus on improving the overall shopping atmosphere by ensuring adequate staffing levels.

The staff at Tesco were quite helpful, but I must say I find it a tad pricey these days. It's rather challenging to locate what you're looking for when they keep rearranging things, and the variety doesn't seem to be as extensive as it once was.
Joyce Alexander (19/06/2025, 23:52):
Yet another Tesco confinement center, this is not the solution to prevent theft but rather to decrease the number of clients. Treated like a shoplifter attempting to exit the store without purchasing anything - by some of the biggest robbers (who took advantage of the crisis and drove individuals to steal).
Roy Kelly (19/06/2025, 12:32):
I pop into this place regularly, sometimes even in the early hours of the morning. It's chock-full of fantastic deals and a vast array of products. However, it falls short by a star for me due to a few employees lacking top-notch customer service skills.
Christopher Cruz (19/06/2025, 09:53):
Absolutely dreadful experience. They truly manage to confound the customers. What an utter waste of time!
Raymond Perry (18/06/2025, 04:21):
A quaint little shop, although a tad in need of a sprucing up. The upper level is only partially utilized, contributing to its slightly worn-out ambiance.
Allison Gonzalez (14/06/2025, 11:11):
Two birdies from Tesco Corsto who seemed absolutely rubbish in assisting me at the supermarket checkout, they even snitched to security to verify my receipt. A carer had just dropped me off to buy flowers for the missus. I trust the gaffers will eventually clock on to their daftness and lack of knowledge about folks with disabilities. Terrible treatment. Won't be able to shake the memory of their mugs. Normally the Tesco at Corsto is spot on, so it's a shame they had to hire those dunderheads.
Emily Kim (14/06/2025, 01:42):
Lidl is typically a better option for daytime shopping, although the fact that it's open 24 hours is great.
Judy Harris (14/06/2025, 00:34):
The store wasn't very busy, but there were long lines at the staffed checkouts due to insufficient staffing. If you have a cart, the self-service option is not great as the space is not big enough. The service was lacking, Aldi handles queue management much better, far better indeed.
Larry Mitchell (13/06/2025, 20:22):
Great store, innit? You can get all your cooking bits and bobs here. The Clubcard really adds a bit of excitement to the shopping experience.
Megan Robinson (10/06/2025, 16:43):
Tesco is brilliant, but I wouldn't recommend visiting Costa. The staff there were just incompetent and terribly rude. It was a rather unpleasant ordeal. I only stuck around because my kiddos were parched and weary.
Keith Williams (10/06/2025, 11:28):
Absolutely dreadful before, but downright perilous now. I must say, the unsightly residue on the checkout counters and freezer doors is quite off-putting. I was under the impression that they had brought in additional staff to ensure the cleanliness of the store, but it appears that everyone is content to loiter about as if they were mere decorations.
Aaron Flores (09/06/2025, 02:23):
Tesco has really fallen off since the 'upgrade', less options, shelves always looking bare, making you splurge on pricier items. The employees are helpful and kind though. Loads of parking available.
Jack Evans (06/06/2025, 20:37):
Blimey, the service was proper quick! Waited only 30 minutes at the till. If you're in a rush, it's the perfect spot to pop into. Almost like a bloomin' printer - never works when you need it to! #TopNotch
Peter Nelson (06/06/2025, 17:34):
This store has an escalator that leads to the first floor where you can find a cafe, restrooms, and a clothing shop. It's a rather spacious store to explore, with plenty of car parking available. The staff who assisted me were friendly enough, making my shopping experience quite enjoyable.
