Theresa Carter (03/09/2025, 20:19):
Sometimes it reeks, perhaps because of high tides and such.
For a Tesco Extra, it's lacking quite a bit. The gaming department is rather tiny and one has to trek to Port Glasgow for a better selection.
Lisa Edwards (29/08/2025, 05:28):
Upon entering the establishment, one is not instilled with much confidence as the provisions for cleaning trolleys, baskets, and hands are immediately disappointing. In comparison to other stores, Tesco lags far behind in this regard. The significant number of individuals failing to sanitize and neglecting to wear masks also raises cause for concern.
Diana Morris (28/08/2025, 13:39):
I popped in for some grocery shopping today. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and friendly. The Christmas vibes in the store were lovely. Absolutely love this place!
Ruth Harris (23/08/2025, 16:21):
I must say, the customer service desk leaves much to be desired, and a rather unpleasant odor lingers near the entrance.
Mia Jones (23/08/2025, 07:18):
I had a bit of an unfortunate encounter with some less-than-helpful staff at the supermarket. I asked for assistance in finding an item, but they just sort of wandered off without saying a word. Quite rude, if you ask me!
Virginia Jackson (22/08/2025, 23:53):
After I finished my shopping here, I went to use the loo and found there was no toilet seat in the cubicle. Just then, a toilet attendant walked in, so I asked if they had any spare seats, only to be met with a shrug and a simple "no". Disappointing experience, to say the least.
Evelyn Powell (20/08/2025, 20:51):
Charming supermarket. The team is top-notch. No complaints whatsoever.
Larry Hill (20/08/2025, 06:32):
Outstanding quality and a wide range of options at affordable prices too.
Gabriel Lopez (17/08/2025, 18:24):
The supermarket is quite spotless and neat, and the staff is incredibly accommodating.
Carolyn Rogers (15/08/2025, 16:07):
I can get all I need at the supermarket. The staff provide top-notch service, always willing to lend a hand with a smile.
Michelle Mitchell (15/08/2025, 01:27):
They claim to be taking all measures to guarantee customer safety. I would like the manager to explain why they allowed a group of six individuals to go shopping together this evening. It was clearly a family of five, with parents and three children, accompanied by an older woman who appeared to be their grandmother. None of the children had masks on, and even though it's not mandatory, who would bring their children to shop in a crowded store without ensuring their safety? There wasn't any staff member at the entrance monitoring customers coming in. It's been a long time since I last visited this store, and it has truly deteriorated. No butcher's counter or deli counter anymore. Not up to par, Tesco. I won't be returning.
Ruth Hill (15/08/2025, 00:18):
They sell groceries and goods like cotton shirts. A handy spot if you require food, clothing, and cleaning supplies. Would definitely recommend.
Evelyn Rogers (14/08/2025, 20:22):
Amazing variety, reasonable prices, just a short stroll away from the cruise terminal.
Ruth Hamilton (14/08/2025, 17:48):
They don't heed the client's voice and simply do as they please with your eyebrows.
Frank Kim (13/08/2025, 04:59):
The lavatories were bolted at 5pm while the café was still open. Upon inquiring with an uncooperative staff member who seemed perturbed that I had even requested a key, I was instructed to "Descend the stairs and search for one." Dreadful customer assistance, departed promptly and vowed never to revisit.
Amber Ross (11/08/2025, 09:25):
The selection is top-notch at Supermarket, but every time I've needed assistance from a staff member on the shop floor during the evenings, they have been nowhere to be found.
Bradley Ortiz (10/08/2025, 09:38):
This place is a Tesco, innit? But blimey, it always reeks like a bleedin' sewer 'round here.
Walter Kim (08/08/2025, 19:57):
Convenient market with ample parking space.
Christine Kim (06/08/2025, 16:44):
I ain't never goin' back to that shop, even though I used to go there all the time. The service is usually great, but some of the staff members have been downright rude to us customers. They don't seem to care about the two-meter rule at all, and safety measures seem to be thrown out the window. Not a pleasant experience for us customers one bit.
Christian Jordan (04/08/2025, 11:31):
The Tesco staff are usually quite lovely and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and a gentle approach towards customers with disabilities. However, I did notice that the price of the duvet I purchased was £7 higher at Tesco compared to the same one available at Asda online.
