I must admit, I've once abandoned my shopping cart and exited the store altogether just to head over to Asda.
Dennis Ramirez (20/07/2025, 14:06):
Supermarket has always had everything we need for our boat trips out from Inverness. Easy parking and affordable fuel as well. The retail park it sits in is also very good, with plenty of shops and places to eat.
Larry Gutierrez (18/07/2025, 00:51):
Extensive variety of products in a well-organized supermarket. Fast and effective checkout process, with very helpful staff members.
Ronald Kelly (16/07/2025, 14:23):
I popped into Tesco for some Euros, and the bloke who helped us (his name tag read Colin) was a right grumpy chap who seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. I reckon he's probably great at his job, but lacks a bit in the people skills department. I was tempted to give him a piece of my mind, but decided to take the high road. On the other hand, the young fella manning the Lottery and Cigarettes counter was a different story. His name was Liam, and he apologized for the wait. He remained calm and polite, even though he was on his own and had called for backup. Cheers to Liam for his professionalism!

The staff were absolutely dreadful! Because of a glitch in their system, I was wrongly accused of shoplifting and they had the audacity to demand a copy of my receipt as evidence, threatening to call the police if I didn't comply. Terrible experience overall!
Stephanie Ford (10/07/2025, 19:29):
I popped into the supermarket last night after a job interview with my mates to grab some rolling papers and filters. When I went to pay for them at the checkout, the woman working there had the most disgraceful attitude! And when I had purchased the items, she accused me of being cheeky and threatened to have me thrown out of Tesco if I didn't behave. Not pleased at all, this isn't the first time a staff member at Tesco in Inverness has had a stinky attitude!

We were in dire need of petrol and were feeling quite hungry (it's a struggle to find places open for breakfast early in the UK, isn't it? LOL), so we decided to grab a bite at the café inside. We ended up having a satisfying breakfast of haggis and egg sandwiches. I must say, having tried similar dishes all over Scotland, these were surprisingly delicious. And the best part? They were a steal for the price!
Teresa Scott (02/07/2025, 10:35):
I have never had such a bad experience with customer service at this Tesco before. This morning, around 8am, I went to cash in a few scratch cards. There was only one staff member at the Customer Service desk, which is understandable for that time of day. However, I was informed that they could only process 5 cards at once. There was no one else waiting in line at the time. When I asked if they could do the next batch of 5 cards, I was told they had other tasks to attend to and to come back in half an hour. Since when are customers not the priority? Very disappointed with the service.
Jordan Reed (01/07/2025, 01:09):
The phone shop at the back of tesco is absolutely brilliant, I must say. The staff there are ever so helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile for you. And let me tell you, the phone deals they offer are top-notch as well.
Nathan Reed (30/06/2025, 01:03):
What a splendid customer service from the Tesco team member Laura Cowie! It is truly refreshing to encounter such dedicated individuals. Her exceptional assistance truly brightened my day and made a significant impact. Here's to more team members like her going above and beyond for their customers!
Anna Perez (24/06/2025, 14:41):
Just got back from the supermarket and let me tell you, the social distancing situation is a bit of a laugh. There were groups of 2 or 3 folks shopping together with no apparent valid reason – both looking fit as a fiddle, mind you. And to top it off, I had to zigzag my way around a gaggle of 5 chatty Cathies by the dairy aisle. And don't even get me started on those two young rascals blocking the basket check-out exit. Definitely not abiding by the government's current guidelines, if you ask me.
Juan Nguyen (24/06/2025, 05:21):
I really enjoy visiting the large Tesco store. Their sandwiches are absolutely fantastic!
Samantha Myers (24/06/2025, 00:00):
I strongly advise against purchasing anything that the shelf packer considers non-essential. It is rather disheartening to be scoffed at by someone whose livelihood relies on customers like yourself. Tesco, it would be greatly appreciated if you could hire individuals with a modicum of intelligence and respect. Regrettably, my wife neglected to obtain his name, thus preventing any potential discussion with him.
Johnny Collins (20/06/2025, 04:58):
This morning's breakfast was absolutely dreadful. Just one measly piece of bacon, the tiniest sausage I've ever laid eyes on, a dry potato scone, a half-wilted tomato, an overcooked fried egg, two sad hash browns, and some lukewarm baked beans. It was a truly disappointing spread - not worth the money at all.
Harper Hamilton (18/06/2025, 04:38):
Popped in for breakfast, expecting the café to open at 8 am. Arrived to find the place in darkness, not opening until 8:10 am. Placed our order with a rather rude staff member - her attitude was quite dreadful. I presume she held some sort of supervisory role as she wasn't in Tesco uniform. The food was subpar, everything seemed to be reheated. My advice? Steer clear of this café!
Kyle Morales (15/06/2025, 06:45):
This is just another Tesco, like every other one in the UK, innit?
Peter Lewis (14/06/2025, 18:35):
I do my shopping here at night because it's quieter and more convenient for me in my wheelchair. Sadly, it's getting more crowded and almost impossible to navigate after 10pm.
What's the use of being a 24/7 store if I can't access it for 8 hours at night?
I've brought this up with the manager multiple times, but the staff seem to ignore it. I had to stop patronizing this store when the staff made me feel uncomfortable after I raised concerns about accessibility with them.
Marilyn Alexander (14/06/2025, 15:50):
The mammoth Tesco store is open around the clock, boasting an extensive range of products and fantastic meal deals. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Christina Foster (14/06/2025, 04:19):
Visited the mobile store for some guidance on transferring music from my phone to my MP3 player and encountered a delightful Barry who offered invaluable assistance, alongside Andrew. Much gratitude for their support, hats off to Tesco!
