This store really ought to consider placing leashes at the entrance for certain customers. I can't count how many times I've walked in only to find grown adults racing around the pizza aisle like they're in a Grand Prix.

I bought an air fryer at Asda Grangemouth and discovered at home that it had a scratch, so I went back to exchange it. At the customer service desk, Mrs. Heather made a loud and personal announcement about the replacement. I couldn't help but wonder why. I was polite and had purchased the item with my hard-earned money, so naturally, I expected to receive a brand-new air fryer in perfect condition since I was paying the full price. Does this attitude apply to everyone or only to well-behaved customers? It was definitely not a pleasant experience and left me feeling disappointed.

Quite a sizeable supermarket for your everyday and swift shopping needs. The staff are truly helpful and they even have a petrol station on site.
Marilyn Rogers (06/09/2025, 09:47):
The disabled parking situation leading up to Christmas was absolutely dreadful, with works vans, SUVs, and large pickups selfishly occupying the designated spots. I spent a frustrating 20 minutes driving around trying to find a suitable parking space due to my limited mobility. Once inside the store, I quickly became disheartened by the lack of consideration shown by some shoppers, particularly at this time of year. It's truly disheartening how some individuals fail to empathize with those with disabilities, regardless of the festive season.
Janet Edwards (04/09/2025, 15:26):
There was like no social distancing at all, hardly any staff were wearing masks, and they were scanning the shopping very aggressively.
William Thompson (01/09/2025, 21:03):
It's always a jolly good time when I can get me hands on a disabled scooter at the Supermarket. But crikey, if they're all taken, I'm left with no choice but to drive to another store that's got one available. Quite the hassle, I must say!

When it comes to budget shopping, ASDA takes the cake. The staff is always polite and helpful, with some fantastic personalities at the checkout. Overall, it's a stellar shopping experience. Thank you, ASDA!

Received a delivery this evening. Scheduled for a slot between 6pm and 7pm, which was fine as I needed to take my dog out and get back in time. However, to my surprise, Asda showed up at 5.50pm when I was luckily on my way to the front of the building. The delivery person, named Brian, was not wearing a mask even after I informed him that someone in the building had COVID symptoms. He followed me to my front door and placed the buggy with the grocery baskets against it. My husband and I, both in our 70s, had to lift the baskets into our kitchen and unpack them ourselves. Not a great experience, Asda.

Had the loos locked and informed me brother he couldn't utilise 'em in case he wrecked 'em.
Grace Anderson (26/08/2025, 15:14):
Big thanks to Chrissy and Shirley at your store who went above and beyond to track down a pair of flip flops for my holiday. They were out of stock in the Alloa store and when I checked the inventory, it showed that there was one pair left in Grangemouth. When we arrived there, we couldn't locate them, but these two amazing staff members searched the warehouse until they found them. Great customer service, much appreciated!
Mia Gutierrez (23/08/2025, 23:30):
The service at this establishment is simply dreadful. I made a purchase of a television here just under a year ago, however, regrettably misplaced the initial receipt. I provided them with all relevant details including the serial number and date of purchase, only to be informed that without the original receipt, they are unable to assist further.
Such behavior is simply abominable.
I have since reached out to Trading Standards, who will be pursuing legal action against them.
Gregory Reyes (17/08/2025, 22:51):
Visited the Asda supermarket to pick up some fresh baked fruit loaf, but it appeared as if it had been left out for months. It was so dry and hard that I wouldn't even dare to touch it. The same goes for the fresh rolls, they couldn't be called fresh at all.
Nicholas Collins (17/08/2025, 03:25):
Great shop... nearly everything you could need.
Evelyn Sullivan (15/08/2025, 23:45):
I ordered my delivery from the store and still haven't received it because they couldn't find my address. This is the third time this has happened, and I am not happy. Have they not heard of Google Maps or customer service?
Elizabeth Carter (15/08/2025, 16:34):
I just had to pop in to give a big shoutout to the lovely lady at the bakery! I was feeling quite lost when I walked in to order a birthday cake, but she made the whole process a breeze. The cake she prepared was simply fantastic, both in looks and taste. Major thanks to her for saving the day!
Brittany Cook (14/08/2025, 14:39):
My wife loves Adsa, their prices are great and it's convenient that they are open 24 hours.
Susan Stewart (12/08/2025, 13:18):
There ain't as much stock as other ASDA stores, I must say.
Ella Wilson (10/08/2025, 22:51):
During the Lockdown, my family and I utilized the Click and Collect service at our local supermarket. Each member of the staff was truly exceptional, particularly a young man named William. About a month ago, my husband fell ill and I had to switch to home delivery. Despite my initial reservations, the delivery service has been outstanding. Every delivery person has been incredibly helpful. Just last week, one of them kindly insisted I relax in the kitchen while they unpacked all the fresh groceries into the fridge and neatly placed the rest on the countertop for me to sort at my convenience. Their friendly conversations always lift my spirits and put me at ease. A big shoutout to the Asda Grangemouth team and a heartfelt thank you for their wonderful service.
Betty Hughes (08/08/2025, 08:47):
Scott over at the Bakery Department is top-notch. He went above and beyond to assist me yesterday when I was in need of a custom Birthday Cake. A huge Thank You!
Christina Morales (08/08/2025, 08:09):
It's alright, but not ideal for your main shopping needs as it tends to be a bit pricey. It's great for picking up miscellaneous items though. The main attraction is the petrol, which happens to be the most affordable in the area, and they're open 24 hours which is convenient.
