The line at the customer service desk was quite long. Also, I found the self-service checkout to be a bit confusing and not very user-friendly.
Ethan Wilson (17/07/2025, 05:17):
I absolutely adore this supermarket in Inverurie, it's just brilliant! The variety of products they offer is top-notch and the customer service is outstanding. I always look forward to my shopping trips there.
Kenneth Thomas (13/07/2025, 22:34):
One can find a plethora of shopping essentials at this establishment. They offer a wide array of high-quality products. The staff is accommodating and amiable. It would be wise to procure a Club Card before embarking on your shopping journey as it can lead to significant savings.

On the downside, they have recently altered the entrance, making it impossible to exit without making a purchase. Now, one must maneuver through a crowd waiting at the checkout and politely utter "excuse me" numerous times. This was not an issue in the past 20 years or so! I highly doubt this change has had any impact on reducing wastage.
Daniel Thompson (06/07/2025, 23:20):
The staff at this supermarket were absolutely brilliant, really went out of their way to assist me. Top marks xx
Dennis Perry (04/07/2025, 14:30):
This massive store is truly splendid!
Hannah Robinson (03/07/2025, 12:37):
The selection of goods is rather limited
Cheryl Reed (01/07/2025, 14:21):
Avoid using the parking lot and instead pay a visit to Aldi, mate.
Dylan Allen (01/07/2025, 04:04):
Pleased with my purchases today. Managed to get everything I needed for the upcoming holidays.
Ryan Wilson (29/06/2025, 00:35):
Top-notch produce and extremely pleasant staff, I must say.
Joyce Mitchell (28/06/2025, 15:45):
I 'ave no problems shoppin' at Tesco, but I'm absolutely gobsmacked that the petrol in Inverurie is more pricey than at any of the other Tesco stores around 😡 It's a right cheeky move, if ya ask me!
Grace Cruz (28/06/2025, 15:02):
I've managed to find all the items on my shopping list except for a sink, quite frustrating!
Daniel Powell (28/06/2025, 14:01):
The service at the café was spot on, but I must say the macaroni cheese left a lot to be desired. There was a distinct absence of cheese, and the sauce was so thin I had to use a spoon to tackle it. Quite disappointed, to be honest.
Michael Baker (28/06/2025, 07:38):
You're telling me I visited a month ago, when in fact I popped by this morning and also last Saturday, as well as quite regularly, around twice a week. Cheers!
Austin Stewart (27/06/2025, 17:15):
Picked up exactly what I needed and was in and out without any delays. Top-notch experience!
Lisa Ford (22/06/2025, 05:58):
The lovely lady at the coffee shop was simply delightful, with a charming Welsh accent adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Madison Jenkins (21/06/2025, 13:25):
All your grocery essentials under one roof at the supermarket
Aaron Myers (20/06/2025, 08:18):
The supermarket is well-stocked, but prices are a tad high.
Kathryn Graham (18/06/2025, 16:32):
The community room upstairs is a fantastic little treasure tucked away in our store. It's bright, tidy, and even has a kitchen area for making tea and coffee. I've hosted some community baby classes here and booking through the community contact was a breeze. Just inquire at the service desk to reserve your spot! Cheers!
Jean Kelly (18/06/2025, 15:47):
The cafe is charging way too much for what they offer, and the quality is seriously lacking. Can you believe they're asking for £3.75 for a cheese toastie? Outrageous!
Karen Kim (17/06/2025, 01:17):
A splendid spot for your shopping needs, indubitably.
