Fantastic shopping experience! The selection of top-notch products at unbeatable prices is simply marvelous. The aisles are spacious, and there is ample parking available outside. Additionally, the presence of a cozy coffee shop within the supermarket adds to the charm. Conveniently located near the center of Kilmarnock, it's a true gem for all your shopping needs.

Just had a bit of a revamp so the aisles have shifted around a bit, but it seems like it's going to be even more spiffing once everything is all sorted. And the chaps and chapesses who work there are ever so warm and friendly, one of the reasons I find myself returning time and time again :)

I recently visited this large supermarket and found it to be quite impressive. However, I must say that the deli counter setup left something to be desired. The thin cut pork chops resembled slabs, and I couldn't imagine what the regular cut pieces looked like. A bit more training for the staff could improve the overall visual appeal, as customers do tend to shop with their eyes.
Christine Russell (02/08/2025, 12:48):
This Supermarket is truly amazing, they sell just about anything and everything you could ever need. It's always impeccably clean and well-organized, plus they offer disabled access which is great for everyone. The quality of their meat is top-notch and I love that they also offer smaller quantities for those who don't need to buy in bulk. Such a fantastic place!

Fast and efficient, self-checkout, topped off the car at the gas station on the way out, perfect.

This market is an absolute shambles ever since they commenced their renovation project, which regrettably won't be finished until October 2019. The administration seems to have haphazardly rearranged the inventory throughout the renovation to the point where even the employees are clueless about its whereabouts. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until they get this chaos sorted out.

The supermarket is absolutely brilliant. The cafe is top-notch if you fancy a full English breakfast; it comes with no black pudding, bacon that's still oinking, and a lorne sausage mooing. When I mentioned the black pudding issue, they quickly rectified it by bringing me an overcooked pudding. Shortly after, the waitress returned with the forgotten toast. Oh dear! What a blunder! I thoroughly enjoy paying for a breakfast that's either undercooked or burnt, and missing half the items. 😋
Louis Butler (22/07/2025, 07:04):
Absolutely brilliant selection of groceries at really competitive prices! The store is spotless and everything is so fresh.
Stephen Martinez (19/07/2025, 03:37):
I waited 30 minutes for two breakfasts, only to receive them without fried eggs and both were cold. Even the coffee and tea were cold due to the long wait. Had I been informed of the delay, I would have opted for something else. A truly disappointing experience.
Margaret Myers (18/07/2025, 07:10):
Great store. Very tidy with a wide selection of products. Conveniently located near bus and train stops.
I appreciate the presence of a bakery, butcher, and fish sections. Many supermarkets seem to be doing away with them!
The staff is quite helpful if you have any questions.
Ann Mitchell (17/07/2025, 16:54):
The layout of this store is absolutely baffling, and the so-called fresh beef is anything but fresh. The staff are quite surly and seem rather unapproachable.
I noticed a fair amount of items were out of stock on a Friday as well.
I would also recommend expanding the range of free from products. It seems like the other Morrison's stores cater much better to those with dietary restrictions.

I must say, I shan't be revisiting this café anytime soon. I placed an order for a baked potato through the self-service machine, only to be informed after payment and taking my seat that they had run out of baked potatoes (and even toasties). How in the world can a supermarket café run out of such basic provisions like potatoes and bread??
Opting for a burger instead, we endured a 40-minute wait for what can only be described as abominable food. The burger resembled a desiccated brick, the chips were cold and withered, and the children's chicken nuggets and chips suffered the same fate. If my hunger hadn't been so pressing by the time the food arrived, I would have demanded a refund.
It was palpable that the café was under-staffed, evident by the numerous tables left uncleared and uncleaned.
Unless you fancy something from the refrigerated section, I'd suggest giving this place a pass!

This supermarket is just what you'd expect, with a lovely cafe dishing up freshly prepared meals and snacks. Ample parking space and spotless toilets with easy access for those with mobility challenges. Plus, there's a fuel station nearby offering slightly discounted prices. A convenient stop for all your needs!
Donald Russell (13/07/2025, 09:47):
Had an absolutely smashing time at the ol' supermarket this morning with the most charming cashier. A real ray of sunshine, she was all smiles and made me feel right at home with her delightful conversation. A true gem, this lady is, and I must say, it would be grand if Morrisons had more like her!
Chloe Robinson (09/07/2025, 05:06):
I must say, the Kilmarnock store has been a bit cheeky lately. They display lower prices on their shelves, only to hit you with a higher price at the till. I recently picked up some Fairy washing tablets that were marked at £7.00, but ended up being charged £9.25 at the till. It's a good idea to double-check the prices at the till just to make sure, as it seems Morrisons has been pulling this trick for a while now. When I brought it up with a manager, they pointed fingers at external staff for changing the prices. Bit of a sneaky move, if you ask me!
Benjamin Reyes (09/07/2025, 01:36):
Oh, what a smashing supermarket! The only downside is that they've stopped carrying that delightful sparkling shiraz red wine, and I'm having a jolly hard time finding it now. But fear not, they do have a jolly good sale going on, so do pop in for a gander and perhaps snag yourself a bargain or two. Cheers!
Amelia Hall (08/07/2025, 19:24):
I didn't pick up many groceries, but I must say I was quite impressed with the top-notch selection of plants available for purchase. The cut flowers were simply stunning as well!
Justin Ford (08/07/2025, 13:22):
Adequately stocked market. Polite and helpful staff. The only downside was the complete absence of social distancing despite the store layout being well-defined.
Gregory Sanchez (07/07/2025, 05:17):
I quite enjoyed the selection of fresh fruits and veggies, as well as the lovely flowers. The clothes, while not the cheapest, are well-crafted and quite stylish. The kitchen items were a tad pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. In my opinion, they were worth the investment. Oh, and I couldn't resist treating myself to a scone with jam and cream, along with a cup of coffee before heading home for lunch. Absolutely scrumptious!
