Accessibility Features

The store prides itself on being wheelchair-accessible and provides essential amenities such as a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible toilet. Parking is made easy with a dedicated wheelchair-accessible car park and a spacious free parking lot that offers 2 hours of free parking, although drivers should be cautious about time limits to avoid fines.

Service Options and Amenities

While many patrons enjoy the variety of offerings available, customer service has received mixed reviews. Some have reported long waits at the self-service checkouts due to staff distractions, while others highlight friendly employees who are willing to assist when needed. The store provides an array of on-site services, including a café, a pharmacy, and even areas for recycling.

Food Selection and Quality

The food section features great produce alongside a diverse selection of items. While many customers find the quality satisfactory, concerns have been raised about the freshness of certain items. Shoppers appreciate the availability of organic options and promotional meal deals that offer great value.

Community and Inclusivity

If ye be lookin' to pop in durin' lunchtime, I'd steer clear o' this spot. Not sure what's shifted, but the self-scan line be takin' a good 5 minutes now, with all the blokes tryin' to shove their carts through—it's like they never seen a self-scan afore! Witnessed a lad cheekily grabbin' a scanner from the "scan as ye go" section just to scan his sarnie and skip the queue altogether.

As top-notch as Tesco can be! Spotless, fully stocked, conveniently located with plenty of parking spaces.
Aaron Perez (01/09/2025, 07:27):
Fantastic deals to be found depending on your shopping needs.
Susan Cruz (26/08/2025, 17:51):
I popped into Tesco to grab a few bits, only to find the product I wanted was damaged. As I was inspecting it, a staff member approached and made some inappropriate remarks about my skin color, insinuating that I had tampered with the item. Their piercing gaze left me feeling deeply disrespected. This experience was a far cry from the warm and friendly service I'm used to at other Tesco stores in my area. It's really put a dent in Tesco's reputation in my eyes.
Emma Alexander (25/08/2025, 20:51):
Quite tiny for an Extra supermarket. The individual in charge of planning the car park and access setup really missed the mark on this one! The parking lot has a maximum time limit of 3 hours, monitored by cameras.
Nicole Cook (25/08/2025, 20:25):
We've 'ad our delivery cancelled 3 times, not much good as we are 2 disabled pensioners.
Joe Murphy (25/08/2025, 12:08):
Absolutely adore this Tesco. The shelves are constantly brimming with goodies and the staff are just so jolly and accommodating. Just can't get enough of it, really.
Donald Hughes (25/08/2025, 05:54):
The Supermarket is always well stocked with a clean environment. The staff at the self-checkout are polite and very helpful.
Evelyn Rivera (24/08/2025, 19:18):
Absolutely splendid experience at Tesco, always a delightful place to work with a warm and hospitable staff.
Julia Cruz (22/08/2025, 17:48):
It's always a delight to visit Tesco, regardless of the time of day or night, as there is always a welcoming smile. No request is too small for them. They are always ready to assist you in any way possible.
Lisa Mitchell (21/08/2025, 23:57):
I must say, I don't actually mind Tesco. However, I do believe that some of your delivery drivers could benefit from a lesson or two on how to maneuver a van, rather than a sports car. It's crucial to remember that when individuals see your brand name on the roads, it ultimately reflects back on your company.
Patrick Torres (19/08/2025, 22:56):
Sure, it's fine to pop into a high-end supermarket for a few pricey items.
Roger Brown (16/08/2025, 13:02):
I visited a massive supermarket on the outskirts of Perth and let me tell you, it was absolutely brilliant. They had everything I needed and more, can't fault it at all!
Willie Turner (14/08/2025, 13:06):
Extremely useful and great value for those with a club card.
Theresa Myers (12/08/2025, 09:29):
The chaps who do the home delivery rounds 'round these parts are a right pushy and brash lot, aren't they? Common customers can be a bother, always in the way. And I'm quite tired of their prattle about their drunken antics from the previous eve. And then they go on about their long shifts and measly pay. Oh, dear me!
Leonard Garcia (12/08/2025, 00:32):
I wouldn't recommend this place for those looking to save on their grocery bills. It seems like the fruits and vegetables are exclusively reserved for a young lad who snatches them all away. The staff doesn't intervene at all. It almost looks like they allow it just to protect the boy from being taken. Doesn't he need to learn some manners? Isn't it high time for him to understand that this behavior is not acceptable? I definitely do not recommend this place!
Justin Howard (11/08/2025, 02:21):
Absolutely dreadful customer service, the disrespect is simply appalling. I witnessed a team member casually helping themselves to a sweet from the pick and mix while strolling over to the crisp aisle. Absolutely mortifying behavior, I shan't be patronizing this establishment again.
Johnny Hamilton (10/08/2025, 12:49):
So, I was popping down to the supermarket the other day, right? And there's this security bloke at the entrance, trying to look all tough and that. But get this, he's not even bothering to stop folks without masks from coming in! I reckon this place ain't exactly Covid-proof, you know what I mean? My advice would be to steer clear until they get their act together. Cheers!
Adam Stewart (08/08/2025, 09:42):
I popped by the Tesco on Crieff Road to inquire about the whereabouts of the Evri parcel point at customer services. There were three staff members chatting away behind the counter, completely disregarding my presence even though one of them briefly glanced in my direction. Just as I was about to voice my displeasure, another staff member came over and offered assistance. The lack of attention and dismissive attitude from the initial staff members was quite shocking and disappointing – it seems they could benefit from some additional training.
