Lovely helpful staff. I'd give them 4 stars, but sometimes they don't have all the items I need as the store is a bit older.

Not overly crowded, quite a chilled vibe in the supermarket today.

So, I've been going to Tesco Renfrew for about 20 years now, every week, spending £50 each time. I've always used my phone to pay - simply show a picture of my club card. Today, I went to Tesco, and a new chap with light-colored long hair and tattoos said to me, "Nah, I can't accept a picture of your club card." I replied saying, "I know nearly all of the staff here and they know I have a club card, lol," but no luck. However, after I had paid, his manager walked by and reassured me that indeed I could have scanned it.

I believe I'll be taking my weekly shop elsewhere purely because these new staff members aren't quite up to par. They ignore you, shift their eyes away, and are just generally impolite. While I was there, the person in front of me asked for a SIM card, and the staff member just stared at him, occasionally muttering, "I don't know." He ended up getting the SIM card from the manager, but honestly, these individuals are simply exasperating😭. Step up your game, TESCO. Also, Bill at the door is rather rude; he shouted at me, "DON'T VAPE IN THE SHOP," while I was outside in the midst of putting my vape in my bag🙄. On the flip side, Kim at the checkout is extraordinary and fantastic - learn from her.

Bill was a jolly good bloke, I must say.
Brandon Ramos (04/08/2025, 09:59):
Great selection of products at discounted club card prices. The store is always well stocked, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. There's a petrol station conveniently located across the road too. Definitely worth popping in for a visit!
Tyler Lee (03/08/2025, 17:57):
Loads of parking space, the store is bright, clean, and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful, and delightful. Prices are great as well.
Brittany Thomas (02/08/2025, 16:14):
Great bang for your buck with a wide array of options to choose from.
Rebecca Taylor (31/07/2025, 11:02):
This supermarket could do with a makeover, it's looking a bit tired and in need of some sprucing up!
Aaron Simmons (30/07/2025, 08:05):
It shuts down at 10pm, not 11pm.
Eric Ramirez (27/07/2025, 13:24):
This supermarket is absolutely smashing - the discounts are top-notch and the staff are ever so friendly!
Harold Stewart (27/07/2025, 00:05):
Parking is a breeze anytime you visit this Supermarket. They've got just about everything I need, making it my go-to spot for groceries.
Julie Allen (26/07/2025, 21:34):

Christina Collins (19/07/2025, 22:01):
The bloke at the entrance called Bill was right rude.
Mark Taylor (16/07/2025, 18:54):
It was alright, could use some light music to create a better atmosphere.
Emily Fisher (16/07/2025, 04:12):
I popped down to the store last night and forgot to take me wheelchair, as I needed to load up on groceries. I requested to borrow a wheelchair but none of the staff knew the code for the cupboard where they're stored. One lady kindly offered to fetch our shopping for us, but we prefer to do it ourselves. In the end, we decided to head over to the Port Glasgow store where the staff were absolutely brilliant. Cheers!
Joshua Jones (15/07/2025, 19:28):
The security guard ought to familiarize himself with the Equality Act 2010 and refrain from attempting to intimidate or mistreat individuals with disabilities and their assistance animals. The supervisor handled the matter in a professional and compassionate manner, although ideally, such a situation should never have arisen in the first place.
