I shan't be returning to this beauty supply store in Inverness. This is the second visit I've made to this establishment, and both times I've left feeling utterly appalled by the customer service.

Although the store is open, the toilets are closed to the public. This is quite inconvenient as they are open in other stores.

The staff at this store were so lovely, always ready to lend a hand. It was a delight to browse through their selection.

They kindly pointed me in the right direction and quickly checked if they had the item I was after when it wasn't on display. They promptly fetched it for me (with a smile) before I paid at the register with another courteous staff member.

I popped into this place twice to get some photos printed, and let me tell you, it was a breeze both times. The quality was top-notch too. A real hidden gem, if you ask me!

Yesterday, I went to collect a missing part of my prescription that was supposed to arrive on the 20th of January. It took them ages to search for it, and ultimately they informed me that it had not arrived. The queue was long and hard to endure. As someone with mobility issues, standing in line was truly unbearable.

I must say, I've never had any issues with the more experienced folks at the Pharmacy; they've always been quite accommodating. However, my one gripe would have to be the rather erratic mid-afternoon closing times, ranging from 2-3 or 3-4. It can be a bit unpredictable, as you might show up only to find them closed. It would be much better if they simply had a set, advertised closing time and stuck to it.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the beauty supply store. I was in need of Jelonet to aid in the recovery of a burn on my hand, however, to my dismay, the only available product had been reserved for another customer. The substitute that was offered to me was completely unsatisfactory. I must say, I had higher expectations from what I believed to be a top-quality beauty supply store. It was indeed a pity.

I would give this pharmacy a 0-star rating if I could. The staff is terribly rude and unhelpful. I only visit this place as a last resort for the pharmacy services, and I always end up regretting it. I strongly recommend avoiding it!

Amazing store, they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Prices may be a tad bit high, but with the Boots card, you earn points with each purchase. The Boots card also grants you access to exclusive sales, although it can be a bit tricky to navigate through the app.

I absolutely adore this store for its fantastic products, but the pharmaceutical aspect has been a struggle for me. Both my partner and I require regular prescriptions, and our local pharmacy was causing us issues, so we decided to switch to Boots, Inverness Retail Park Branch. Given its reputable status as a large company, we didn't anticipate any problems. However, we were sorely mistaken.

We've been customers here for months now, and we're still encountering difficulties. I have a monthly prescription, while my partner has a bi-monthly one with an additional medication as needed. Since switching to Boots over a year ago, I haven't had a consistent prescription. Text messages are sporadic, and blame is often shifted to the doctor's surgery, even though it's Boots' responsibility to reorder.

I've received double the amount of medication or had to request an emergency prescription because Boots seemed unaware of what happened to my regular prescription, despite signing the repeat prescription form twice! On the other hand, my partner has never faced issues with his prescription but hasn't received reminders and has had to visit the pharmacy multiple times for his extra medication when it was missing.

During my last visit to collect my prescription, I overheard the pharmacist telling a customer to "deal with it himself" as she claimed to be too busy to assist. Although Boots is a well-regarded company, the service at this branch leaves much to be desired. It's a pity because the store itself is fantastic with dedicated and hardworking staff.
