It takes a bloody eternity, mate. Every time I pop in, there's always an ish with something. I just want to grab me bits and bobs, but end up stuck in there for over 20 minutes each visit. The serving time definitely needs a good once-over, pronto. The staff are alright, like, friendly and all that, but the waiting time is a right pain in the backside.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention some areas that may need a bit of upkeep in your branch. The glasses shelves and wooden surfaces outside the main floor are quite dusty, and the front carpet by the door needs a good vacuuming. The fire extinguishers also appear to be dusty. Additionally, the main counter could use a deep clean and better organization of the items being sold. The staff is very helpful and tidy, but the snail team seems a bit dirty, and behind the sheets, there appears to be dust. This is unusual for this chemist shop, so I thought I would mention it. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I am utterly appalled by the service received at this pharmacy. After my child submitted a prescription, we were rudely asked to leave as the shop was closing. Why accept the prescription if it could not be fulfilled, leaving me with no option but to seek my medication elsewhere? I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities and demand the return of the prescription.

This pharmacy is a complete disaster. Where was the compassion and professionalism? The focus seemed to be more on closing the shop rather than caring for patients. A simple apology and return of the prescription would have sufficed if closing was unavoidable. What was the harm in acknowledging the situation and either returning the script or processing it?

They never seem to have the medications I require in stock, and when they do, the wait to get them filled is interminable. Their customer service is laughable; they behave as though you are bothering them by requesting the medication you urgently need. If you value your well-being and wish to sidestep unnecessary stress, steer clear of this establishment at all costs!"
