I am utterly appalled by the service received at this pharmacy. After my child submitted a prescription, we were rudely asked to leave as the shop was closing. Why accept the prescription if it could not be fulfilled, leaving me with no option but to seek my medication elsewhere? I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities and demand the return of the prescription.

This pharmacy is a complete disaster. Where was the compassion and professionalism? The focus seemed to be more on closing the shop rather than caring for patients. A simple apology and return of the prescription would have sufficed if closing was unavoidable. What was the harm in acknowledging the situation and either returning the script or processing it?

My mates and I, a total of 3 of us, have had some trouble with prescriptions at this pharmacy. They won't admit their mistakes. My girl had to go without her eye drops for a whole month since they only handed over half of the prescription. They said to come back for the rest, but when my missus went in to collect it, they claimed they couldn't locate it. Not very professional at all.
