This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever visited. I've been picking up my father's prescriptions for the past few months, and it's always a nightmare. They never seem to have everything ready, prescriptions are often misplaced or not prepared at all. I dread going there because it's such a stressful experience. There are so many staff members behind the counter who don't even acknowledge your presence. I had to wait 35 minutes just to be served, and there was only one person ahead of me who had been waiting for over half an hour. It took another 10 minutes for them to locate my prescription, and the phone was ringing constantly with no one bothering to answer it. It's a complete circus in there.

I must say, the service at this pharmacy has been truly dreadful ever since the old staff departed. Today, I wasted a good 15 minutes as one of the new employees searched for my prescription, only to be informed that they were still in the process of concocting it (even though I had placed the order last Friday). A young pharmacist then proceeded to inform me that it takes a full week from the time of ordering at the surgery for them to prepare the medication. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he simply chuckled and sauntered off. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me.

I'm afraid to say this pharmacy has really taken a turn for the worse. I'm not sure if it's a change in staff or management, but when you walk in, no one even acknowledges your presence. I waited in line for 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging anyone. They seem to actively avoid making eye contact. Two people actually left while I was waiting, including an elderly person struggling with two walking sticks. There are signs around the desk indicating zero tolerance, which makes me wonder if there have been incidents in the past.

A simple greeting like, "Hello, we're a bit busy right now but we'll be with you shortly," can make a big difference in easing the tension. It would also be helpful if they provided more seating for those waiting in other parts of the shop. On a positive note, there is a new, young girl who was very friendly when she served me.

I felt compelled to write this review because this isn't the first time I've experienced these issues.

I must say, this Pharmacy is simply top-notch. The staff and pharmacists have been incredibly helpful during the past 2-3 years that I've been visiting them. In fact, they've been more helpful than my doctors' office!
