Kathryn Hall (25/07/2025, 14:10):
The prices at Supermarket are competitive with Aldi's, but they don't often surpass them.
Brandon Morgan (24/07/2025, 14:35):
Excuse me, do you happen to stock any lentils and ginger garlic paste at your establishment?
Andrea Nelson (24/07/2025, 14:20):
I had a lovely shopping experience at this supermarket with the most helpful staff. The 24/7 service was also incredibly convenient.
Ashley Phillips (23/07/2025, 17:26):
I recently paid a visit to this supermarket on Saturday at 6 pm, and was disappointed to find that only two checkouts were open for trolleys in such a large store. The queues were long and disgruntled, and no action seemed to be taken to address the issue. My advice would be to avoid this supermarket, as there are plenty of other options in Dundee where you won't have to deal with this kind of service (or lack thereof) anymore.

I've never encountered a similar problem at Lidl just up the road, Asda a mile or so away, or even at Sainsbury's or Morrisons in Dundee. It's easy to understand why Tesco's profits are declining with experiences like this.
Dylan Nguyen (22/07/2025, 12:49):
Top-notch store, no problems at all when shopping here. Absolutely adore the crisp and bakery sections, they're absolutely smashing. The home goods section is quite grand as well, although I haven't indulged much from there just yet. Cheers!
Evelyn Gonzales (20/07/2025, 11:03):
I recently visited the supermarket and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall organization of the store. It was a refreshing change to walk in and be greeted by such a welcoming entrance.
John Kim (19/07/2025, 21:01):
I popped into the supermarket for some number cake candles, but they only had number 7's in stock. I was after a 9 and a 4. The staff were really helpful in suggesting other stores where I might find what I needed.
Jack Evans (19/07/2025, 09:10):
There appears to be a blockade affecting the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables in the supermarket.
Harold Cook (17/07/2025, 14:26):
Oh, it's brilliant to see the store extending its hours into the night, innit? But wouldn't it be smashing if they were open 24/7? 😍 With such a vast selection, it's usually a breeze to find whatever you're after...
George Martinez (16/07/2025, 07:29):
"Tesco, innit? Need I say more!"
Sandra Miller (15/07/2025, 16:20):
Reasonably competitive prices. The staff at the Leigh branch are always helpful and friendly. They have a great range of products and clothing options.
Charles Garcia (15/07/2025, 13:42):
Everything you could ask for, mate. Just like a top-notch Walmart back in the States. And can you believe it, within a stone's throw from the City Center and my accommodation. The prices were fair dinkum as well.
John Sanchez (14/07/2025, 21:30):
Wednesday be the day to restock the shelves, mate. You won't find some veggies like those in the city. And let me tell ya, there's a right good selection of wines and beers on offer too. Cheers!
Benjamin Bennett (11/07/2025, 23:41):
A vast selection of household gadgets, groceries, infant formula, dairy delights, and fresh produce can be found in this establishment.
Walter Graham (11/07/2025, 08:56):
Great service, excellent selection, very convenient to where I was staying for alcohol, fantastic in-store bakery with delicious lemon muffins in a 2-pack for £1.50. Highly recommend!

WARNING TO ALL PENSIONERS!!

My dear old dad, who's a sprightly 85 years young and hails from Carnoustie, has found himself in a bit of a pickle. Due to his age and health, he's had to stay cooped up at home to shield himself from the outside world. And being stuck down in Portsmouth, we haven't been able to pop 'round for a visit in close to a year now. With the pandemic throwing a wrench into our plans, we've been relying on Tesco to keep him stocked up on essentials. Up until the recent snowfall, they've been pretty reliable. But alas, a delivery we were expecting since last Thursday, the 11th of February, is nowhere to be seen.

Now, to be fair to Tesco, they did send him an email letting him know the delivery was postponed until Saturday the 13th, between 4-8 pm. But lo and behold, no delivery yet again. And guess what? If he had splashed out £4.50 on their priority delivery instead of the £3 for standard delivery, he might have had his groceries by now. It's downright despicable how they're taking advantage of the elderly and less fortunate folks like my dad, especially given his circumstances.

Trying to get through to Tesco on the phone has been a fruitless endeavor, and being stuck where we are, there's not much we can do to speed things along. It's clear as day that Tesco is trying to milk extra cash out of those who can't make it to the store themselves. This behavior is utterly disgraceful and needs to be exposed to the masses!

I'm going to make use of every available platform to shine a light on this situation. Tesco ought to be called out and held accountable, and frankly, they don't deserve loyal customers like my father. It's no surprise the state of this country with heartless corporations like Tesco running amok. We won't be giving them our business anymore, that's for certain!

To any Tesco customers out there, I'd strongly suggest exploring alternative options just in case you find yourself in a similar predicament.
Jennifer Nelson (06/07/2025, 21:54):
I have always enjoyed my visits to this supermarket, the staff are top-notch and the store is absolutely massive with a great variety of products on the shelves. No complaints here!
Joyce Carter (06/07/2025, 07:44):
A rather sizable Tesco store nestled in a convenient spot close to the town center. While their product range may not be as extensive as the larger stores on the outskirts, it certainly suffices. The checkout staff consistently offer a warm welcome, despite the challenges that surely come with their role.
Katherine Price (03/07/2025, 05:59):
Absolutely fantastic Tesco. The selection of goods is top-notch and the customer service is delightful, particularly thanks to Naomh Gibson!
Jeremy King (02/07/2025, 23:08):
I do believe that a walkway or a rail overpass from Perth Road would be a splendid idea, as not everyone possesses a vehicle or the ability to drive.
