Amazing store, they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Prices may be a tad bit high, but with the Boots card, you earn points with each purchase. The Boots card also grants you access to exclusive sales, although it can be a bit tricky to navigate through the app.

I absolutely adore this store for its fantastic products, but the pharmaceutical aspect has been a struggle for me. Both my partner and I require regular prescriptions, and our local pharmacy was causing us issues, so we decided to switch to Boots, Inverness Retail Park Branch. Given its reputable status as a large company, we didn't anticipate any problems. However, we were sorely mistaken.

We've been customers here for months now, and we're still encountering difficulties. I have a monthly prescription, while my partner has a bi-monthly one with an additional medication as needed. Since switching to Boots over a year ago, I haven't had a consistent prescription. Text messages are sporadic, and blame is often shifted to the doctor's surgery, even though it's Boots' responsibility to reorder.

I've received double the amount of medication or had to request an emergency prescription because Boots seemed unaware of what happened to my regular prescription, despite signing the repeat prescription form twice! On the other hand, my partner has never faced issues with his prescription but hasn't received reminders and has had to visit the pharmacy multiple times for his extra medication when it was missing.

During my last visit to collect my prescription, I overheard the pharmacist telling a customer to "deal with it himself" as she claimed to be too busy to assist. Although Boots is a well-regarded company, the service at this branch leaves much to be desired. It's a pity because the store itself is fantastic with dedicated and hardworking staff.

Ever since Walgreens took over, the store has never been the same. They seem to be introducing more aggressive American retail practices little by little.

The staff at the beauty supply store were extremely unhelpful, especially at the pharmacy department. They left me standing there without offering any assistance or even apologizing. I was told to wait for the pharmacy doctor, but as soon as I walked away, they started helping the person behind me.

Today is Sunday and I saw a sign outside the shop that said it would open at 9:45. However, when I arrived, another sign on the shop door indicated the opening time was at 10:00. It's now 10:10 and I'm still waiting. The service doesn't seem to be great.

Today, I visited Inverness retail to pick up my prescription, and I must say, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite standing in a queue with three other people, we were completely ignored by three staff members behind the pharmacy counter. They were busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves, paying no attention to us customers. One of them even walked right past me to serve two other customers at a different till, who had arrived after all of us had already formed a line. After a frustrating 10-minute wait, I was finally served, but the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff.

I was absolutely shocked by the customer service I received at this store! I was helped by a colleague named Jackie at the pharmacist counter. I asked for a packet of Nurofen plus, and she disappeared, claiming she needed approval from the pharmacist. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I found this strange as she didn't ask me any questions and the pharmacist was right there. I assumed authorization should have been straightforward.

When the pharmacist returned instead of Jackie, they tried to refuse me service, saying that Jackie had raised concerns about me repeatedly trying to buy these pills! I've only been in Scotland for 3 weeks and this was my first visit to the store! I was so embarrassed to have to explain myself in front of others nearby!

I am currently dealing with severe wisdom tooth pain and was just looking for something stronger to manage it. I never expected to be treated like a drug addict! I demand a sincere apology from the store and that both Jackie and the pharmacist receive retraining!

Great store with very helpful staff. I noticed there weren't as many toys for young children as I had expected. I was only able to find toys for babies and some plush toys.

I've been to this beauty supply store a few times now, and let me tell you, the service is terribly slow. I was told it would only take 15 minutes to pick up my order, but an hour later I was still waiting right by the counter. The staff completely ignored me, even when I was standing right in front of them. It seemed like they had all the time in the world for chatting and joking around while the line of customers kept growing. I definitely wouldn't recommend this beauty supply store.
