This Asda is probably me favorite, mainly because I know exactly where everything is located. The selection is quite extensive, there's plenty of parking available, and the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Amanda Sullivan (19/08/2025, 11:25):
I've been to Supermarket 3 times now, only to find a small A4 sign saying it's closed. Please update your opening hours on your website so that customers know when they are searching for 24-hour opening. This is very disappointing customer service. I'm not keen on shopping at Supermarket anymore. 😡
Brandon Green (18/08/2025, 12:53):
Picked up everything I needed and headed to the self-checkout, so no waiting around. Even snagged a t-shirt for my grandson for just £2. Can't go wrong with that!
Randy Rivera (16/08/2025, 13:47):
They're not open 24 hours, mate. And don't bother telling them what you saw online, 'cause they'll just give you that look like you've got two heads and point to some tiny sign on the front door... which, by the way, they've got propped open so you can't even see it properly. Someone really ought to update their website or Google listing, because this place is the only supermarket for miles that's supposed to stay open all night, and not everyone lives just around the corner to know what's what. Right now, it looks like they're only open from 6 in the morning 'til midnight.
Diana Ortiz (15/08/2025, 19:28):
The customer service staff at Supermarket are absolutely dreadful, I must say. Their attitude is simply ghastly and their manners leave much to be desired. It's quite disappointing, really.
Thomas Morris (12/08/2025, 07:58):
No loo facilities come nighttime - seems like folk with disabilities and expectant mums are outta luck past 11pm.
Sarah Kim (07/08/2025, 10:14):
The Asda superstore is decent, but we were quite disappointed with the Asda petrol station. We've visited three times to refuel, and each time after removing our card, it failed to print a receipt. This experience has left us dissatisfied, and we don't plan on returning.
Walter Hamilton (07/08/2025, 08:31):
Decent Supermarket! Quality and prices are okay!
Gabriel Walker (07/08/2025, 02:40):
I ain't had any problems at all. Yeah, the prices have gone up, but they're going up everywhere else too right now.
Juan Ramos (06/08/2025, 18:06):
The stock selection is quite impressive at that Asda, however, the customer service leaves much to be desired in my opinion. I've encountered some rather rude staff members during my visits, and the same goes for a friend of mine as well.
Olivia Young (02/08/2025, 16:00):
I'm trying to get in touch regarding a faulty petrol pump at the Dundee branch (Milton). I was informed that I would receive a call back within 15 minutes, but 2 hours later I am still waiting.
Robert Reynolds (31/07/2025, 20:46):
I must say, the whole click and collect groceries situation is an absolute joke. They still have the old signs and lockers hanging around like a bad smell. The new signs? Oh, they're hidden away in some obscure corner, minuscule in size with a measly arrow pointing you in the right direction (if you're lucky enough to stumble upon it - those little signs on the bollards were all over the place!). And don't even get me started on the lack of guidance on where to wait or if you're even parked in the correct spot!!

I went through the hassle of checking in online, only to wait around for 15 minutes with no sight of anyone! I finally had to trek back to the store entrance to hunt down the banner with the phone number to ring for my groceries.

Let me tell you, Asda West is leaps and bounds ahead in comparison. Despite having a slightly smaller selection, their click and collect system runs like a well-oiled machine!
Russell Sanchez (31/07/2025, 16:14):
Jon from security at Asda Milton Dundee is such a gem! He's always so friendly and helpful to my elderly friend whenever we visit the store. Jon goes above and beyond by assisting with getting the electric wheelchair and he's always willing to help out in any way he can. His willingness to go the extra mile and his kind demeanor truly make him a valuable member of the team. Thank you for your kindness, Jon, it's greatly appreciated!
Victoria Myers (31/07/2025, 04:38):
This supermarket is always bustling! They typically have a good selection of products and the staff are quite helpful. However, it's quite frustrating to see non-blue badge holders using the disabled parking spots regularly. This issue has been reported multiple times with no action taken. It appears that Asda only prioritizes the customers inside the store.
Grace Jackson (30/07/2025, 18:44):
I was at the supermarket for an eye exam. The person at the front desk seemed a bit short with me. I have a disability and requested a chair while waiting for my husband, who was also having an eye exam. It appeared to be quite an issue. After some time, I was able to get a chair within the designated waiting area. There should definitely be better accommodations for disabled individuals.
Joan Ortiz (27/07/2025, 16:35):
I have 2 autistic boys and finding it quite challenging to navigate the store, especially with my youngest. The staff at this place are truly the most caring and helpful individuals. Sam at the self-service checkout, Steve who was a lifesaver today, helped pack all my groceries, watched over my eldest son when my youngest needed the restroom. They carried all my shopping, which was quite a lot, out to the taxi. Ashley at the self-service, the lovely lady at customer services who has been assisting me for years, with her amazing nails – I feel ashamed for not knowing your name. You all have made a tough and emotional experience much easier, always stepping in to help when things get rough. I am deeply thankful, and it's this kind of support that keeps me coming back as a loyal customer to this store.
Brenda Robinson (26/07/2025, 23:55):
Top-notch produce, marvelous array of bakery goodies, shelves fully stocked, loads of options. Overall, a brilliant supermarket. 5 stars.
Kevin Harris (26/07/2025, 07:06):
Reasonably priced with thousands of products available, you'll surely find what you're looking for.
Hannah Kim (25/07/2025, 01:08):
I popped into the supermarket yesterday, on the 13th of February, and I must say I was quite taken aback by how chilly it was inside. I couldn't wait to make my purchases and head out, as it wasn't a very pleasant shopping experience. I noticed that all the staff were bundled up in thick fleeces, so I mentioned it to them. They explained that they have to endure the cold throughout their entire shifts. It seems like another way the store is cutting costs.

To add to my disappointment, when I got back home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I had been charged for Asda water, costing £1.10. The thing is, I didn't even buy any water, as I have a fridge that dispenses filtered water. It's important for everyone to double-check their receipts! After this experience, I don't think I'll be visiting that store again.
Jean Morgan (24/07/2025, 03:21):
What a fantastic 24 hours 💚💚💚 well done, Asda!
