Not impressed with my latest supermarket trip - discovered a moldy orange in the bag once I got home, so frustrating!

I recently returned home from a holiday in Australia and stayed with my brother and his family. During our visit, my wife and I decided to explore your superb supermarket and what a delightful surprise it was! We were able to find everything we were looking for, including butteries which I hadn't had in years. My wife, who is Greek, also enjoyed them, so we ended up purchasing three bags to take home with us.

The staff at the store were incredibly helpful, especially as we navigated the new currency. They took the time to assist us and show us how to use the new pence. Overall, I must say a massive well done to all the staff, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit.

I do understand that it's a hectic time for both customers and staff. However, I was quite taken aback by the way we were treated. I simply inquired with a female staff member whether we could use our voucher at the self-checkout or if we needed to go to the regular counters. She sharply replied, "there's other people working here you know." The tone was unpleasant, and if she can't handle the pressure, perhaps she should consider a different line of work. It's unacceptable to have such a negative attitude towards customers, especially in a role that involves direct interaction with them. I wonder how many others had the misfortune of speaking with her today. On a positive note, another staff member we interacted with, who actually assisted us with the voucher, was friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate how one individual's behavior can tarnish a business's reputation.

Absolutely pointless. Popped out of my shop for a couple of minutes, and they decided to stash it away and couldn't find it. Utterly useless.

Typically, a rather tranquil establishment. However, they do appear to wrap up addressing customer service concerns quite early in the day. Additionally, they provide restroom facilities and a café on-site.

What a brilliant store, I must say! I was quite surprised to read a review complaining about the cold temperature, but I had no issues whatsoever during my visit. In fact, I was so comfortable that I even took my jacket off. The store is impeccably clean, organized, and has a delightful freshness to it. The prices are also very reasonable, making it one of the top choices in my book. Cheers!

The opticians department is top-notch, from the eye exam to selecting frames, and a few days later, I had my glasses. You can't find better service and value anywhere else!

Oh dear, I must express my disappointment with the pricing of the Olay Complete Day Cream in your store. While it typically retails for £6 or less in most shops, your store has advertised it as a rollback from £11.95 to £6. As far as I am aware, no other shop has ever sold it at £11.95, except for Asda. This pricing inconsistency is truly disheartening.

Just a wee bit off the A90 on the outskirts of Dundee South. A convenient-sized Asda that's easy to spot and easy to find. Decent parking with a well-maintained tarmacked car park, no big lorries taking up space. They've got fuel available too. This is a solid store with an opticians and cash machines to boot. Covid-conscious with strict rules, masks required at all times. The shelves are stocked with goodies and plenty of other bits and bobs. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. They even sorted out my glasses for free. The store is well-managed and a great showcase for Asda. If you're passing by, pop in and grab what you need and more. Cheers!

This store is absolutely brilliant, with the most pleasant and helpful staff. They always have the customer in mind, especially when there's a line at the checkout. The supervisors are quick to open another checkout, showing great forward thinking. That's what I appreciate about this place!

Purchased some strawberries about 3 days back, and the best before date was set for 6/4/19 (NOT A USE BY), yet they're already moldy. Normally, Asda is a pretty decent store and I haven't had any issues before.

Just came from the café, ordered a cheese and onion toasty with chips. I was sitting at the table, waiting for my food when a girl mistakenly gave what appeared to be my order to a workman also having lunch. He examined the toasty, realized it wasn't his, and returned the chips and toasty. The girl retrieved them and promptly brought them to me. I hadn't touched the toasty at all. As I was leaving, I mentioned to the girl that I hadn't touched the toasty due to seeing the man handle it. She apologized and offered me a coffee voucher, but I declined and didn't ask for a refund either. She was polite, but the cleanliness standards are definitely questionable. I won't be returning.
