Chloe Howard (22/07/2025, 19:03):
Great selection in-store, but often find essential items like fresh fruit out of stock. Frustratingly, I've had trouble finding charged handsets for scan & go on multiple occasions in the past two days.
Catherine Myers (21/07/2025, 19:37):
This store always seems to be out of stock, whether it's yogurt, Quorn, or chocolate. The shelves are a disaster because no one is taking the time to organize them, and the car park is a mess with no one bothering to pick up litter. Just your typical supermarket experience. I would recommend saving yourself the trouble and shopping at Tesco or Sainsbury's instead.
Janice Kelly (20/07/2025, 22:53):
I was under the impression that this supermarket was meant to be open 24 hours, yet when I arrived at midnight, it was closed without any indication as to why. It's quite frustrating when you've traveled a long distance expecting a 24-hour store. Truly unreliable.
Frank Morgan (19/07/2025, 02:18):
Dear Supermarket Team,

I wanted to inform you about my recent experience visiting your store. I made the effort to drive there at 3am, only to discover that it was closed. This was quite disappointing and inconvenient, especially considering that your signage indicates that you are open 24 hours. It would be helpful if you could update your opening hours to avoid similar situations in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Daniel Ross (18/07/2025, 06:05):
Shopping at the supermarket is usually a great experience for me, as I never encounter any issues while doing my grocery shopping. However, recently I made the mistake of dining at the cafe upstairs. I decided to try the big Scottish breakfast, and while it was undeniably large, the quality left much to be desired. The beans seemed like they had been reheated multiple times, the bacon was undercooked, and the tomato appeared as though it had fallen from a high-rise building. To make matters worse, my wife's omelette was far from appetizing—it seemed to have been reheated and lacked any semblance of freshness. While I am not a food connoisseur, I can certainly recognize subpar food, especially when I am paying for it. Asda, I urge you to address the issues with your cafe staff, as it seems they are cutting corners and the overall quality of the food is suffering as a result.
Teresa Miller (17/07/2025, 07:13):
Absolutely dreadful store manager, if you are planning to modify your operating hours, kindly take the time to promptly update them online. It is simply not acceptable to provide inaccurate information to customers.
Randy Butler (16/07/2025, 15:54):
It's not open 24/7, we just visited and it closed at 2:00. Please, refrain from promoting it as a 24/7 establishment.
Jack Watson (15/07/2025, 00:46):
After a year and a half of not having been to the supermarket, my family decided to pay a visit yesterday. We arrived just after six in the morning, as two members of my family are in the vulnerable group. We had received an email instructing us to speak to the security guard for the keys to the mobility scooters we needed. When we asked the first staff member we encountered, who was the only one present at the time, my daughter was met with a shocking level of rudeness. As we navigated through the store, we found stacking trolleys cluttering every aisle, with boxes of food strewn across the floor. Upon bringing this to the attention of a female staff member in one aisle, she simply kicked the boxes under the shelves! It was a disappointing experience, and we have decided to opt for online shopping in the future.
Gloria Hughes (11/07/2025, 03:35):
I say, something's amiss at the local market these days. It appears that many items are nearing their expiration date or have just a day or two before they must be used. I've been wondering if perhaps some of the bakery goods are frozen before being placed on the shelves.

The state of the shelves can be quite chaotic, and I've mentioned this issue several times. I've encountered several instances lately where things just haven't been quite right. On three occasions, I've found washing liquid bottles leaking and the shelves drenched in detergent. Despite reporting this problem each time, it seems to persist. Handling these bottles has left my hands stinging for a couple of days afterward.

Furthermore, it seems that some of the staff are no longer as cheerful or helpful as they used to be. I reckon it may be time to take my shopping elsewhere. Cheers!
Kelly Robinson (10/07/2025, 20:37):
I visited the Asda home store looking for a specific item, and as I browsed through their pre-owned items, I noticed a few boxes that were already open. To my surprise, I was reprimanded for supposedly opening these boxes, even though I had not touched them. The staff member's attitude was quite rude, making assumptions about customers like me. It felt as if she suspected me of shoplifting.

As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing to be spoken to in such a manner by your employees. Politeness doesn't cost a thing.

Adding to the frustration, Asda has implemented a one-way system, which I find completely ineffective. It's more of a hassle to navigate in and out of Asda now.

For a smoother shopping experience with friendlier staff, I recommend heading a few yards down the road to Salisbury. You'll find it more pleasant than dealing with the Asda staff and store.
Justin Jordan (10/07/2025, 15:14):
What a disappointment! Went to the store today and could barely find any meat - just one lonely packet of mince on the shelves. It seems like they've completely given up trying to stock properly. The focus has shifted from food to non-food items, almost like a gift shop that happens to sell a bit of food. The menswear selection has also taken a hit - if you're not in need of jeans or a jacket, tough luck. The store hasn't changed size, but it's definitely lost its charm. I was there earlier today, but I think I'll head across the road next time.
Harold Reyes (09/07/2025, 21:08):
The customer service was absolutely dreadful, I must say. I brought some pans to the checkout counter that were marked down from £40 to £20, and the lady at the register insisted there had been a mistake and that they should actually be £40, reduced from £60. I had taken a snapshot of the shelf where they were displayed, clearly showing the price as £40 down to £20, which also matched the online price. A staff member essentially accused me of fabricating the situation, went to check the shelf, and still maintained that it should be £40. I have made up my mind - I shan't be returning to shop here again.
Brandon Lee (09/07/2025, 13:56):
It's crystal clear that this emporium is hitting the nail on the head more and more as time goes by. I'm quite keen on shopping there. The team members are all courteous, helpful, and amiable. The employees at the kiosk are some of the friendliest and most helpful you'll come across in any retail setting, they truly go above and beyond to assist.

The store offers a vast selection of products at fantastic prices. There are often some unbelievable deals. The layout of the store is well organized. The quality and freshness of the food, especially the vegetables, fish, and meat, are top-notch. You can trust Asda's own brand.

I appreciate the checkout experience. The self-service conveyor belt is a godsend. Most competitors do not offer this convenience.

I enjoy the atmosphere in the store. It's hard to put a finger on what exactly it is, but it's delightful.

Even if none of these aspects were true, I would still find myself shopping there because of their 'Bad Company' ale selection. Exclusive to Asda, extremely affordable, and arguably some of the best ales available (Milkshake, West Coast IPA, Denver Stout).

I trust that the management understands that customers do take note of the effort they are putting into this establishment, because we do. It's truly a pleasant shopping destination.
Melissa Perry (06/07/2025, 06:50):
Still a top-notch store, but the shelves seem a tad emptier than before. The new entrance gates could use some rethinking. I'm pleased to report that the travelators have finally been repaired! It would be great if they could open the upper car park earlier in the morning.
Jose Long (02/07/2025, 00:18):
I popped to your shop today to grab a few bits, but after I paid and checked my receipt, I was shocked at the cost. I couldn't believe it when I saw that I'd been charged £55 for a pack of pancakes! I mentioned it to the cashier, who told me to head over to customer services. When I got there, they pretty much blamed me for not checking my receipt properly. They said they'd refund the money onto my card, but it'll take a couple of days. No apology whatsoever. So now, I've got to wait for Asda to sort out their mistake. Absolutely rubbish service and customer care. It feels like you don't value your customers at all, and I won't be returning. Money's tight in Aberdeen right now, and I can't afford to have my cash tied up because of this kind of mistake from your store.
Jonathan Diaz (30/06/2025, 09:55):
Lovely shop like all ASDA's, smashing deals, staff are dead friendly, but watch out for the loo. I pop in here all the time, but every time I use the toilet it's an absolute stinker, proper rank! It's so bad you'd rather squat behind a bush. Feels like they've got nae air con in there. And the smell of piss is everywhere. (It's pretty much always like that)
David Foster (29/06/2025, 07:31):
I purchased the vacuum cleaner, and it's not functioning properly. Additionally, the washing hose is damaged. I request a refund for these faulty items.
Jonathan Butler (28/06/2025, 12:51):
Asda is typically my final option for quality food, but today was an absolute disaster. It seems like you can't even be trusted to grab a carrier bag on your own, as you have to wait for an employee to assist you with one and then scan it for you. I waited so long today for someone to finally notice me trying to get their attention that I ended up missing my bus, which I had plenty of time for before impulsively stopping by the store. I've decided to steer clear of Asda from now on.
Janet Alexander (27/06/2025, 12:42):
Absolutely loved the supermarket! The prices are so much cheaper and they have a huge variety of products to choose from. 100% recommend checking it out. Cheers! 🛒👍
Ruth Wright (23/06/2025, 15:35):
Not open round the clock!
It's been shut a couple of times past midnight!
