Patricia Johnson (02/09/2025, 21:52):
This was the first ASDA store I visited when I arrived in Europe, and it quickly became my favorite. It's well-stocked and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find everything I need. I particularly enjoyed their selection of ciders and spirits. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products. I'm a big fan of this supermarket and will definitely be returning.
Allison Graham (02/09/2025, 18:04):
Absolutely adore this Supermarket. I pop by every weekend without fail, as it truly has all the essentials and more.
Amy Robinson (01/09/2025, 15:23):
Ever since the acquisition and the substantial debt it has amassed, customers have been feeling the pinch at the checkout. And let's not even get started on their supposed loyalty program. It's just a guise to raise prices to match competitors, except they seem to have overlooked matching the quality of their rivals.

Whenever the hours on Google are updated, I always seem to find that the opening times are incorrect. It's frustrating as I've gone there multiple times only to discover it's never open overnight.
Kyle Davis (29/08/2025, 14:04):
This supermarket is quite top-notch, I must say. However, on two occasions now, I've found myself standing outside looking a bit silly after finishing work in the wee hours of the night, only to discover that it's closed. There wasn't a sign on the door or any indication whatsoever. The opening hours claim it's open 24/7, but clearly that's not the case.

Great spot for a spot of shopping, delightful breakfast nook, charming selection of goodies, not a fan of the lack of Takis 😡😡😡😡😡, but loving the tasty Asda-brand crisps! ...

On the 10th of February at 9:15, a young Asda kiosk worker exhibited unacceptable behavior. I arrived at the kiosk and found him chatting on the phone for 2 minutes. I waited patiently, but then he spent an extra 5 minutes not paying any attention to me, just staring at the shelves. When I finally inquired about the waiting time, he casually responded that it might take another 5 minutes. In total, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes, and the assistance provided was not very helpful.
George Peterson (22/08/2025, 17:03):
I recently visited our nearby Asda and found their stock to be consistently lacking. To remedy this, we decided to venture out to the Asda at Bridge of Dee. We were truly astounded by the store's immense size and the diverse selection of foods tailored to various cultures. This particular store offers an extensive array of products, including an exceptional range of greeting cards—I found myself spending more than thirty minutes perusing them! The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I am looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be returning soon.
Alan Young (21/08/2025, 01:02):
Outstanding selection and value as one would expect from Asda. A splendidly large store spanning two floors with ample parking available. It's pleasing to note the expansion of their trolley pack and scan services. Regrettably, the level of customer service leaves much to be desired, particularly the lady manning the customer service desk. She appeared thoroughly displeased and her service reflected this demeanor. An item we purchased through pack and scan was inaccurately priced, and upon seeking a refund at the customer service desk, we were taken aback by the rudeness and lack of assistance not only towards us but also towards the previous customer in line. I understand that everyone has off days, but when assigned to the customer service desk, one should at least make an effort to come across as approachable. Asda was once praised for its exceptional service, and it is disheartening to witness how greatly things have deteriorated. We attempted to contact the number on the receipt, only to be directed to an automated voice informing us that speaking to a store member was not possible and to provide feedback online instead. With alternative shopping options in close proximity, we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. In response to Asda's reply to my review and in adherence to their automated instructions, I have completed their online feedback form with the requested details.
Doris Phillips (19/08/2025, 17:28):
The staff at Supermarket consistently deliver outstanding care and service. They are always willing to assist, even when I start feeling a bit anxious. Their support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your hard work, keep it up! xx
Noah Robinson (18/08/2025, 10:22):
This Asda ain't open round the clock! Best give it a miss, mate.
Christian Parker (17/08/2025, 05:40):
This enormous store offers a wide range of choices for every item. The staff is incredibly helpful and having the store open 24/7 is extremely convenient.
James Green (17/08/2025, 02:08):
The store is alright, and the selection is decent, but I ain't keen on dealing with self-checkout when I've got a full trolley – what a bother! Had to wait way too long because they only had 3 out of 17 manned tills open on a Friday afternoon.
Mark Anderson (15/08/2025, 21:41):
Our go-to spot for our regular grocery needs, right alongside Sainsbury's. This Asda store is open 24/7, making it incredibly convenient. They even have a McDonald's inside, perfect for grabbing a quick meal or snack before or after your shopping. The parking lot is quite spacious, and we've rarely been let down by our shopping trips there. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they keep their stock levels in good shape. Even during the Covid pandemic, they did a great job enforcing social distancing rules. I would definitely give them a big thumbs up!
Allison Coleman (13/08/2025, 13:41):
Why can't we choose our own toppings for pizzas, mate? It's not like there would be a queue since we're always asked to come back and pick 'em up. Also, could do with more handheld scanners, innit?
Theresa Scott (08/08/2025, 18:03):
A splendid assortment of goods, from apparel and household linens to automotive supplies, gaming gadgets, TVs, toys, stationery, and books, alongside a vast selection of groceries. Conveniently, there's a Macdonalds for those craving a burger, and up on the first floor, the Asda kitchen awaits, ready to serve a variety of hot beverages and delicious food options.
Eric Perry (08/08/2025, 01:31):
The handling of complaints leaves much to be desired, I must say. The staff can come across as rather rude and quick to make accusations, which is quite disheartening.
Theresa Scott (07/08/2025, 16:41):
I had a wonderful experience at the Garthdee Aberdeen shop with customer service representative Lisa. My order was expected to arrive on December 2nd, but there seemed to be an issue with it online. I decided to visit the shop and indeed, my order was not there. I waited to see if it would show up, but it never did. Despite my efforts to contact them via phone and email, I had no success. However, today, Lisa knew exactly how to handle the situation. She made a quick phone call and had everything sorted within 5 minutes. I am now waiting for my refund.

I believe Lisa deserves recognition for her exceptional assistance. She truly made my day. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Best regards,
Lorraine Christie

Vast expanse of land with ample parking spaces.
The supermarket features a ground level and upper floor linked by an escalator.
An exciting shopping adventure awaits, offering a diverse range of essential goods for everyday life.
Definitely a worthwhile investment.
Brittany Walker (05/08/2025, 23:12):
I am utterly perplexed about the operating hours of this establishment. It appears to be shut during the wee hours of the night when it should theoretically be open, as indicated by their signage and online listings.
