The manager on duty was quite professional when I had to address an issue with one of the café workers, sadly. This is actually the first time I've encountered rudeness from a Morrison's worker; they typically display top-notch customer service skills. Apart from that, all the staff and managers are cheerful and helpful, although they do seem pretty tired from their hard work. They always make time for a chat and have a friendly demeanor. I trust that the café employee in question learns from their colleagues' example. Special thanks to the manager; I have the utmost respect for them.

The capacious parking lot includes spaces for disabled customers, yet during rainfall, the drains behind these spots are perpetually clogged. When you visit the petrol station, there are numerous pumps available, so you don't have to wait in a queue. However, it can get quite busy in the mornings since the shop is small. The petrol station offers three air pump services, two car hoover services, and one car wash service. It's also conveniently located next to a Morrison supermarket. Overall, it seems like a good choice considering the range of services provided.

Well, I must say, the prices at this Supermarket are quite exorbitant, especially for someone on a pension like myself. And to make matters worse, I couldn't help but notice that some of the shelves were looking rather sparse. It left me wondering if perhaps they haven't settled their bills with the suppliers, or simply can't be bothered to hire staff to restock the shelves. Quite disappointing, I must say.

I must say, my experience shopping at Lynsifield today, on the 28th of May, was quite dreadful. The queues at the tills were stretching up the aisle, with only two tills open. It seemed like complaints were being ignored, as if it was a management decision. It's disappointing to see that they don't seem to value their loyal customers.

I do say, one must comment solely on the breakfast offerings at this quaint cafe. The tables were left in a rather unclean state, with a noticeable layer of grease and not a wipe in sight. As for the fare itself, it can only be described as basic in quality and barely warm. To top it off, the service was quite hostile, I must say.

What a bloody circus! No social distancing whatsoever. The little ones given free rein to roam about. Can you imagine? And then there are 6 or 7 blokes just loafing around at the entrance, not a care in the world, while the queues at the tills and self-checkouts grow longer by the minute. It's like this store couldn't give two hoots about Covid rules and regulations, apart from the half-hearted attempt of some staff wearing face masks. Outrageous, I say.

The pork shoulder, which appeared to be one piece of meat priced at £7.66, turned out to be two pieces of meat packaged with two pieces of fat. The receipt from the register is almost illegible and could use more ink. However, the cashier was very friendly and efficient.

Goodness gracious, what in the world has become of Morrisons! The quality of their vegetables is downright dreadful, the shelves are bare, and their stock is extremely limited. The Lyndseyfield store is just a stone's throw from my abode, but I shall be making the trek to Sainsbury's henceforth for a far superior shopping experience.

The staff were just gossiping away, absolutely hopeless. Only 1 out of the 3 tills was open, and the managers were nowhere to be found, not keeping an eye on the queues forming. It was clearly understaffed. Too many times I've seen produce that was days past its expiration date still sitting on the shelves. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I absolutely loathe the haphazard assortment of products they cram into every corner. The prices are simply absurd. The bakery never seems to have any fresh rolls, always selling leftovers from the day before. It really has taken a turn for the worse.

I popped into the café yesterday and it seems like the managers believe that one lady can handle the entire operation on her own. She was clearly putting in a lot of effort, but it was quite chaotic. It wasn't until another customer raised a complaint that the managers suddenly emerged from all directions to help out with the cleaning. It doesn't seem right to expect one person to cook, serve, and clean up in such a large café.

The checkout process is frustratingly prolonged. I advise against purchasing frozen goods as they'll likely thaw before you've completed your transaction. It appears they prioritize profits over customer service, reflected in their exorbitant prices and minimal staffing levels.

I must say, of all the Morrisons stores I frequent, this petrol station stands out as the most disappointing. The customer service leaves much to be desired, with only one staff member ever present. The queue to reach a pump is already a hassle, but then there's a line of at least 12 people waiting to pay at the kiosk. It took me a good 20 minutes just to fuel up and settle the payment. Additionally, the option to pay at the pump is not consistently available.
